What do you think about Dazzles comment regarding him developing down back?
-
Most edifying, I'm starting to think you are being maligned unjustly. A man of culture who refuses to misspell the work of Shakespeare in order to circumvent the censorship rules.
-
That might have been because you were sleeping in his room. What did Vonnie think, about the plush toy, not the sleeping in his room part.
-
Thanks Dazzle that's what I was alluding to when I said they were different types.
-
I'm trying to understand why the word "cut" was censored. Perhaps I don't need an answer to that. Oh, oh, oh, I've just read your entreaty again ....... are you Andrew O'Keefe? Not sure about the triple x gut but that could be to put everyone off the trail. He is of Irish descent but I'm not sure if he owns a Kaftan or three.
-
You could always do a "Lawyer X"

Really great to get another opinion that validates what some of us have been seeing. Many thanks for the report and I'm very pleased for your youngster as well. Another diehard Dee supporter in the making. Did you see anything of Kye Turner? He is Burgoyne's direct competition for the list spot and I'm wondering who you would favour. Personally I see a lot of upside in Burgoyne but he and Turner are different types.

Considering he had to go back under the knife, it's not really surprising he has been in some discomfort. I think it's a good sign that he is not wearing any strapping/ support at the moment. When I saw him pre-christmas he was wearing strapping around the thumb /wrist area and that was after the 1st surgery. I'd imagine the Medicos are waiting for it to settle and trying not to aggravate it.
-
I thought he had already undertaken the second lot of surgery and that is what he is recovering from. Could be mistaken.
-
Good man Dazzle, I hope you have a great day. It's a community trip so I would expect the players will hang around and do photos and autographs. Hope you can checkout Burgoyne I'm really interested in his progress.

Because we're fans and not the selection committee. It's called group think, "yeah, those fools , that's right , I could do a better job, correct, what are they doing, gee Goodwin is stubborn, blah, blah, blah", ad nauseam. There are some very astute people working at the Club. I cannot imagine they haven't gone back and looked at how they could do things better and not in a looking for blame way. Hindsight is 20/20 and a lot of posters on here seem to have perfect vision. I'll pass my soapbox to the next person now.

At 25yrs old he could also be around for a while if he can stay fit and healthy. Even if that means he is playing at Casey for the majority of the time.
-
That's your mistake right there.

Austworld Centre Oval (Outer Metricon Oval), but seriously who cares!
-
Forgive me if I'm wrong but wasn't the purpose of the work done at Goschs meant to correct that. Otherwise why did the Board spend the money?

Are you a thigh or breaste man?

I do hope Fence wasn't spooked by a snake.

Having only had a cursory look at the rest of this thread, has anyone mentioned Oliver being named in your side twice (I wish)?
-
This, I went on a bit about this during last season when a few on here were saying Sparrow didn't do enough. At times he had as little as 35mins on the ground for the whole game and his numbers reflected that. The other player who was in the same boat was Harmes. It will be interesting to see if the same occurs this season. A better indication of player performance might be Supercoach points per minute of game time.

From the Hun: “The Demons reported Lever had a bruised foot after another player had stomped on him during a previous session, while Melksham has a minor calf complaint.”
-
Who'd've Happy pedant?

Great post however I would like you to re post it in the Game plans, tactics and all that jazz thread. I think your questions might get lost if left here. Similarly, I've been thinking about posting there regarding the "Tactical Sub" and who or what type of players might be of the most benefit. This might also come into the wingers conversation.
-
Who'd of thought Demonland could be educational.
-
Interesting hearing him talk about his love for the tactical side of the game and then mentioning the the way Melbourne go about it which he wasn't use to. I'm really starting to look forward to him and Langdon as a weapon. Teams last year put a lot of work into negating EL, I can see oppo coaches being faced with a dilemma if Hunter returns to his best on the other wing.

Well he is our Black Knight; "'Tis but a flesh wound", "Tis but a scratch"
