95% of the media are clowns. They throw all sorts of things out there without care in the hope they are first if it ever turns out to be true.

Absolutely the findings should be kept in-house. Any personnel changes will be obvious but anything else - don't announce at all. Just implement.

The umpires are shocking for most teams, with a few exceptions of course. On the media, we probably don't have enough former players or supporters to influence the narrative. The Stengle story being buried within a day being a good example.
