Watched vs Brisbane final 7+ minutes a few times, the goal he kicked was unbelievable. In that kind of situation, probably only he or Kozzie could be able to do it by their own. Very happy! We had a tough game last week, we were luck to have 8 and half days break. I leant a long time ago, after a tough game, a week long break won't be enough for some senior players to get recovered fully, they might show a bit flat here and there, please understand that. Now we had 2 close games in a row, will be a even tougher game to face Richmond next Sunday. Let's stand behind our beloved Dees, cheer them on, support them to win next game.

Gawn is tired, he needs a break. He is captain, he might not let the coach know about it. I don't know BB's situation, he might not be able to play as a forward, could he be able to share the ruck work with Grundy? At moment, our Clearance did not do much favor for us, actually not even 50-50. Without quick ball movement, whoever plays the forward in our players' list, would be struggling. Another is an old issue, some of our players did not kick a drop punt correctly in the set shot. Last game, we had 3 good chances, should have nailed 2 of them, 3 behinds instead. Freo kicked better than us, they won.

Better to let Grundy and BB do the ruck, give Gawn a break, he's tried.

Usually, it'd be hard to expect a older player like Gawn (29yo) to play 2 big games in a row with 1 week break in between, but with 2 weeks, that'd be a big difference, I think he will give us another even bigger show tonight.
