Stop it or people will start thinking we're working in concert. There are no strings attached by the way.
Mozart the people on here will appreciate our conun-drums.

Should we give it a rest now? Waltz says you, DC?

Geez, you go away for a few minuets and look what happens.
I'll be back tomorrow to see if this nonsense has stopped, although I'm offenbach earlier than that.
Wondered where you’d gone DS. Thought you might be too Dee-bussy to join in.

I don’t hate Carlton. There, I’ve said it! Moreover, I like Patrick Cripps. And I love Eddie Betts. But then, who doesn’t?!

Rack off, man. I mean, Rachmaninov. Soz, I’m sometimes dyslexic.

I’m just too Bizet to spend time on any more bad puns.

Yeah... I disagree with you on this one Rusty.
To be honest, I can't recall our last win on a Friday night and then what the subsequent media saturation was like, but I'd imagine it's already had a day to be dissected in many other outlets elsewhere, hence Channel 9, or wherever you get your consumption of football from have made a call that it's out of the 24hour news cycle.
However, I would be surprised if on AFL360 there isn't a bit of a dissection from Gerard.
I also disaagree about an 'anti' Melbourne bias. I think things fall the way of larger clubs, and sometimes (or lots really) towards the home ground advantage, but that's not anti Melbourne, that's just favourtism (implicit?) towards the bigger clubs.
But mate, we see what we want to see.
I agree with RN. I’m not a conspiracy theorist nor am I paranoid. What I use as a gauge if you will is what my friends who barrack for a team other than the Dees are saying. Lately it’s been along the lines of, “you’d think you guys would be getting way more media attention since you’re on top of the ladder.” And these are Richmond and Collingwood and even Essendon supporters!
More telling though, is what I hear from neutrals. Couple of weeks back, can’t remember which round it was, we were still unbeaten and on the channel seven nightly news report, sports bit, the first since our most recent win, I wasn’t in the room watching it. But... my son was. He has zero knowledge of footy and even less interest and having watched it, said, “Geez mum, your team just won yet another game, and they’ve (channel seven) spent more time talking about some Collingwood player squeezing his teammate’s bum.” Like I said, very telling.

That's the easiest way to diffuse a dust-up these days. "You blokes are all in the protected zone. Who wants the 50 metres ?"
I like it when the umpires, in an attempt at breaking up a melee, say, “save your money, guys!” ?

In which case, as we have a differential of +15, Richmond must be absolutely despised, with a differential of -50!
Isn’t that based just on the one criterion though?

I agree with Little Goffy. It is a rubbish headline. The Indigenous Round is very important and we as a club have shown great respect (as we should) for a long time
I totally agree. This is such an important issue. And I for one think LG has every right to express feelings borne of passion for our beloved Dees. If not in DLand, then where else?

Essendon's win has mucked this stat up unfortunately, pushing GWS down to 11th.
Like we need another reason to hate Essendon. ?

Channel seven, and they just showed a new Cash Converters ad. featuring our Tracc! You know your team is doing well when one of your stars features in an ad. One day he might even hit the big time and make it into an aami ad. ?

Pies v Cats: unwatchable.
Lions v Giants: training drill
Saints v Roos: is this AFL or VFL?
Lockdown means time to watch footy and the footy is putrid.
There’s still hope! Suns vs. Hawks tonight. 15 vs. 17 but could be an absolute bottler!!!

"She was in everywhere where it was rough and hard, boys. Using just her one arm. Of course she got pinged all the time for incorrect disposal 'cause she couldn't handpass. So she adapted, boys, she learned. She taught herself to throw the ball instead. Now I want youse all to go out and remember that hero, that lady, and throw that ball as hard and as long as youse can!!"
??? I can’t stop laughing at this! I’m picturing the poor thing racking up so many frees against for incorrect disposal. ?

LOL... I was just at a local servo where I ran into a friend of mine, Essendon supporter BUT a really nice person (I know right, incongruous, go figure). We were gushing about how great last night’s game was when an irascible old bloke in a Bulldogs beanie walks past and says to me, “it’s s’pose to be a five kilometre limit ya know. Why dontchya bugger orf back to yer bayside mansion.” I said, “dude, you live about four blocks away from me. Guess that means we should both bugger orf back to our bayside mansions.” He realised I was indeed a neighbour and said (begrudgingly), “yeah nah, youse played brilliantly. Youse’ll definitely go all the way this year.” Totally made my day. ?
