  1. Just on the whole pelvic bone injury, surgery and recovery. Poor bugger. Would that mean no banging until 100% better?
  2. Agree 100%. Different matter entirely but I have seen glimpses at times to indicate he could be a quality player
  3. hes a dud. No pressure , no worries. Little bit of heat and he crumbles.
  4. Howes, yes get him in. Will be a 2023 Premiership player so may as well start to get him ready now. After the last 2 weeks i doubt we will see a TMac BBB forward combo again for a while. Its either of these 2 MFC legends with JVR. It has worked well over the last fortnight and for whatever reason it has hardly ever really clicked with the former combo, other than a few games including the most important of the last 57 years so thats cool. TMac is the comeback specialist who peaks after returning to seniors then tapers off, maybe injured, to the point of being dropped. Then cycle repeats. BBB also does this so may as well rotate them throughout the year.
  5. you my friend just received the clown of the week award
  6. Harmesy was a Demon fan in the darkest of dark times and 10 years later was one the 23 immortals. Hard to not respect the man.
  7. Cue 2023 moron advent calendar. AKA Mt Buller comedians Eddie McGuire Jonathan Brown Brian Taylor Nerolie Meadows (I think) Brendan Fevola Daisy Thomas Bill Brownless
  8. I have been using it for 6 years or so and have literally never had 1 issue. I think its great. Fox footy shows everyday, all live games and replays. No buffer probs. Not sure what else you want?
  9. Been watching since 1972 Best of all time for sheer football iq, competitiveness, slight of hand and a club changer has to be Clayton. From the very first bounce he has been differently special. The closest player in regards to skill I can think of is Diesel. 1. 2. Max : He captained the boys to the holy grail. Culture changer. Superstar for a decade. 3. Robbie: An incredible player but was prone to injuries which has to be a factor. Just an out and out legend. 4. Petracca: Everything we ever wanted and more. Franchise (hate that word) player 5. Jack Viney. By far and away the most ferocious player I have seen. Sets the tone. I rate that. Special mention. May, Neita and Lyon Live and love what we have now as it wont last forever. We have had our fair share of spuds.
  10. Just a hunch based on 3 Stingrays games I saw. Thought he was a gun from what I saw.
  11. We will draft Moodie in mid year draft.
  12. I wonder if it has sunk in yet?
  13. 10 years ago we all would have just wanted to see us be competitive. 10 years later and I hope we never hear that vomit again.
  14. Who of the current crop would replace some of these legends in effectively the MFC Best of all time 22? And possibly who will? ** Thanks Demonwiki B John Beckwith Tassie Johnson Don Cordner HB Noel McMahen Gary Hardeman Don Williams C Brian Dixon Allan La Fontaine Robert Flower (vc) HF Hassa Mann Ivor Warne-Smith Garry Lyon F Jack Mueller Norm Smith Percy Beames R Denis Cordner Ron Barassi (c) Stuart Spencer I Frank Adams Bert Chadwick Wally Lock Laurie Mithen Jim Stynes Todd Viney EM Stan Alves Robert B Johnson Ian Ridley Greg Wells Coach Norm Smith I would think theres a place currently for Max, Trac, Clayton, May and futures market is Kozzie.
  15. Claytons inability to be the same as everyone else is what makes him the ultimate living legend!
  16. The best recruit our club has ever brought in from another club. Ever.
  17. I always thought he was straight?
  18. Serious long term talent. I would like to see him have a run through the midfield. Centre clearance potential for sure.
  19. We got the Loys!
  20. He was certainly not reliable. Not sure where you boys get your rose coloured glasses from. Nor was he handy. A week to week asset is rubbish, more so weak to weak. Absolute spud in the dark ages.
  21. Over how many years? How many with us? How many points? 280 goals in 70s in 140 in 2020s.
  22. Nah, he was a spud. Yes agree with violent 70s comparative.
  23. Brewer was incredibly soft, a turn over merchant, and embodied dark dark ages of the late 70s.
  24. OK. An over the top reaction is too when the reaction is too extreme and not suitable, or demanding too much attention or effort, especially in an uncontrolled way. All sorted now mate?
