  1. Huge loss. Arguably their most important player in terms of attacking from the back half and remaining composed under pressure. If Coleman played in the second half last night, Brisbane win.
  2. Lyon saying the conditions were humid and tough to play in? If thatโ€™s true then we have no excuse for how we played. Both teams looked like they were in completely dry weather tonight. WTF
  3. Kiddy Coleman was a huge out for Brissy. They didnโ€™t have anyone in the backline with a cool head to quieten the game down. He is also one of the best field kicks. Unironically made a big difference losing him.
  4. Some of the kicking has been elite tonight.
  5. ๐Ÿ˜‘๐Ÿ˜‘๐Ÿ˜‘๐Ÿ˜‘๐Ÿ˜‘๐Ÿ˜‘๐Ÿ˜‘๐Ÿ˜‘๐Ÿ˜‘๐Ÿ˜‘๐Ÿ˜‘๐Ÿ˜‘๐Ÿ˜‘
  6. I didnโ€™t know this and I feel sick
  7. Coleman is probably my favourite non-Dees player. Love watching him play
  8. Brisbane just not letting them into the game. Carlton arenโ€™t even playing that badly, Brisbane just swarming around the ball.
  9. 7 goals from 15 entries ๐Ÿ˜ข
  10. The commentators were saying that it is humid and once the sweat gets into the guernseys, itโ€™s going to get slippery.
  11. Is that 3 goals from marks inside 50? In 9 minutes of play?
  12. Interested to see how the blues play if itโ€™s slippery conditions. Will at least feel a bit better if they canโ€™t handle it either. Will be watching how both teams enter F50 with great interest.
  13. I was waiting for Max to counter by meeting Grundy half way. But a lot of the time he allowed it to happen. Surely youโ€™re allowed to bump a player thatโ€™s trying to block your run at a centre bounce? I dunno, has to be incentive for the rucks going for the ball over just blocking, especially at the centre bounce.
  14. When Hodge pointed out that literally nobody in our F50 was moving at all, followed by a laugh, alarm bells started ringing. I thought this is what had been addressed in the off season? Either they were too tired to move, were following instructions from the coach or what, our whole forward line just gave up on creating leads?? I donโ€™t know which is worse and I just donโ€™t understand how in Rd 1, a commentator points this out. I do not understand at all. I am worried for the rest of the year and am shocked that Iโ€™m saying that.
  15. Ummmmmm. I donโ€™t know what positives there were to take away from that.
  16. Yeah Iโ€™ve been a Goodwin supporter for the last 2 years amongst all the criticism, but Iโ€™m starting to run out of arguments against that notion
  17. Maybe, canโ€™t deny Grundy hasnโ€™t deliberately contributed to that. Heโ€™s followed the same pattern all game and Horse is a waaaayyyyy better game day coach that Goodwin.
  18. I know, Iโ€™m just joking
  19. Grundy has run into his space at every centre bounce blocking his ability to run. He by no means has won the contest between them but has nullified him in ruck contests.
  20. Gameplan is just stale on so many obvious fronts. Weโ€™re so predictable when we just donโ€™t have to be
  21. Is he even playing?
  22. Windsor is a gun!!!!!!!
  23. Justโ€ฆ they have their beat midfield out and weโ€™re down by 7. We should be up by 4-5 goals. The amount of times Iโ€™ve read โ€˜we should be up by X goalsโ€™ the past few years is really wearing thin
  24. I have posts from 2022 and 2023 pointing this out multiple times. Yes thereโ€™s ignored leads but Jesus, Goodwin has had years to figure this out and thus far, opening rd 2024, here we are again!!! How??????
  25. Is he wrong though? I am astonished these comments are being made at AFL level at all, let alone for us when our whole issue is F50 connection
