  1. The Round of Irrelevance continues, unabashed. (Go Dees)
  2. He was on the ground for 3:33, so…
  3. I love Gary, but he really gets on the baggin’ wagon, hey. Reminds me when the Dees were [censored] and he bagged us, no restraint. it’s fine, he’s a pundit, but why doesn’t he get in the game as a coach or at least an assistant coach? Has he?
  4. Here’s a super helpful resource - all streaks! https://afltables.com/afl/teams/allteams/streaks.html
  5. Is this like Actor/Model and Model/Actor?
  6. Swans fans are next level smug. They need another 26-game losing streak.
  7. 6 - Lever 5 - Viney 4 - Melksham 3 - Rivers 2 - Sparrow 1 - ANB
  8. Hit post, allegedly. Looked close…
  9. Let it go, let it goooo!
  10. That’s the thing for me. He’s worth the buffoonery for the lols.
  11. I know Tommo has limitations, but he’s a confidence player. Get him in from now. Back him. Push Smith up forward. Enable Lever and May to carve up through intercepts. Spargo in for laser f50 entries. Get the flag.
  12. Great game. But totally robbed.
  13. Love ❤️ - that’s what we call a failed simile
  14. I know, right? After “Small Defender Round”, it’s: - “Holding the Ball Round” - “Goal Sneak Round” - “Ode to Dropkick Round”, and of course - “Barrel/Torp From Beyond the Arc Round”.
  15. Horrible, lazy start. North are playing ok, but not that good. We’re just looking completely disinterested at the moment.
  16. Time to ease up bingeing on the Walking Dead spin-offs, LG!
  17. Yep, they’ve looked nothing short of appalling a lot of the time over the last few weeks. I tipped Hawks last week. In no parallel universe should they have lost that game. They just stopped. But agree Dees have some fatigue again…really hope we put this woeful lot to the sword.
  18. 6 - Viney 5 - Brayshaw 4 - Gawn 3 - Kozzie 2 - Chandler 1 - Rivers
  19. Hey slow down, I’ll lend you a paragraph.
  20. or are they leaving their loading run later…
  21. And they sang the song next to each other in a big hug!
  22. This is a great post, thanks. Totally agree re the result of this change in approach being the boys ‘having fun’ and lifting their confidence. you can see the Pies and Port players having loads of fun out there. We’re not down in the doldrums or anything, but certainly not playing with a lightness of being. I am a subscriber to the loading theory, but actually put sports psychology well ahead of it for impact. Anyone who has played sport to a reasonably high level knows how important the mental side is, and it can make a huge difference even if 1 or 2% off. (dismissing most of the mental side by discounting the oft-raised point that ‘players are mentally weak/soft’ is lazy thinking in my view - and, to add a pun, wrong-headed. Of course it matters. It matters a great deal.)
