As a member I’m owed more access than i get. They can’t even provide me with correct training times most of the time. The President, Coach and certain members of the board all have clouds over their heads. It ain’t ideal. -

I would absolutely have Gawn play a kick behind and go 2 talls in defence against most opposition. You can bet to your last dollar that Goodwin will play Gawn forward where he keeps proving ineffective, does my head in to have Tomlinson in the team and Max grabbing the ruck ball and slogging it forward.

Players are always ahead of schedule until they’re not. It’s a 10-12 month injury

We have to allow Petracca to play game time forward, he’s a huge weapon close to goal. That means Viney, Oliver, Sparrow have to stay on the park, lose one of them and the dominoes start falling. We can only cover for one or more of them if McAdam and Petty are both fit allowing Petracca more midfield minutes. Rivers, Salem, Windsor, Bowey, Spargo and McVee can only have limited midfield minutes as they’re required elsewhere. Does anyone know if Fullarton is actually any good? If Gawn goes down we have a problem.

That forgoes any mention of the other troubles you know have been around the club for at least a year. Who's actually got their head in the sand? -
I’d have him as the runner in a heartbeat but I believe Reece Conca has the role and does it well

Firstly stop spouting how good the culture is in public forums because it’s not. Secondly have the President and CEO acknowledge that things have gone wrong at the club and they’re working on making sure these things get sorted. Basically what any good organisation would do right now is open the doors and let the breeze blow through. I’m not asking anyone get sacked, I’m a big believer in apologies and second chances. The fact your supporters forum can’t discuss this stuff should be enough for the club to publicly state what exactly is going on and what is being done to rectify/resolve it. The silence is deafening. -
That might be because he loves the sound of his voice as much as the sight of his written word. Yes this is a gag and no offence is intended.

Not much would surprise me but May forward certainly would

How long until clubs and or the AFL are forced to pay out these contracts. He’s owed like $3million I believe. An in game incident leaves him out of pocket. It’s very likely he’s going to need ongoing expensive medical care especially in older age. Who’s paying for that?

I don’t think it’ll be too far off that when a player like Brayshaw is forced to retire the club will receive a draft pick in return. He’s worth a top 10 pick but I’d be happy with an end of first round as I think giving away top picks damages the integrity of the draft. He’s a huge loss for the club and the timing is terrible.

We’re not allowed to discuss the other things going on. I respect that.

If you were to look a bit closer you might notice some other leaves on fire but stick with your truth if it’s working for you.
