Dusty was at the beginning of his career. Undoubted talent but very questionable application. No body wanted him so tiges had to honour the contract. Worked out very well for them though. Trac is at a completely different stage of his career and the factors around the trade totally different. If Trac was happy and contented with us no trade would happen.

I don’t think it’s possible to have a very public tour of the country checking out a number of clubs and then return to us because a deal can’t be done. We will all know he is back because he can’t find anything better. I don’t want someone at the club that views us as second choice. We have our pride if nothing else. I think we should be firm that we are dealing with GC. Hopefully we can persuade Trac that they are the best suitor for him and us because the crows don’t have the capital to satisfy us. Plus they are aholes anyways and wouldn’t be reasonable even if they they did have the capital.

hayden young is more valuable than Trac. Unless he pushes for a move, and he has never given any indication he is unsettled, Freo will never trade him. There have been persistent rumours around jackson so he might be a possibility.

Well there you have it. Can't see him coming back to us after Guerra's comments. If he's not invested we are better off to seek the best deal and move on. The club hold all the cards. If they don't want to trade him they can do what they did last year. The club does not want to weaken its negotiating position by stating they want to trade him. Plus they don't want to burn bridges in case a trade doesn't eventuate I'm just surmising, you may well be right, but i wouldn't necessarily believe the club when they say they would rather he stay

Trac went about it the wrong way last year. Certainly diminished his standing with the faithful the way he carried on But the club are obviously open to trading him this year so not sure why posters are now potting his character. He has given 11 years of excellent service. that needs to be acknowledged If we are to rebuild we need to trade out players with value. Trac is the only player that will net us something worthwhile he is doing us a favour i reckon

Great game. Very impressed with Dallas offence considering lamb is out injured. Pickens was great and Turpin made some important plays. Dak was excellent as well. Your boys very nearly fluffed the second last play. Only left a second on the clock to kick the field goal to tie it up.

Only posters that have never moved jobs are allowed to have a pop at Trac. Last year he went about it all wrong. Put everyone’s nose out of joint. This year he and the club are on the same page. I would be surprised if Trac formally asked for a trade. It will not be easy to negotiate and quite possibly won't happen. Asking for a trade creates too much bad blood to be able to walk back from

We are better off if uncommitted players move on. It's no good for culture to keep them around.
