  1. Anyone have the pressure numbers from last night?
  2. No HTB against Daicos despite incorrect disposal
  3. I’d give my left ….. for Peter wright. He is exactly what we need.
  4. And he clearly has a bone to pick with MFC - never heard him say anything positive since he has been in radio.
  5. 6 Gawn 5 Lever 4 Disco 3 May 2 Kozzy 1 Rivers
  6. Right now Oliver is a liability. Tag Trac and our midfield is all but worked out. i know he is trying, but he is so far from his best it’s not funny.
  7. Give Hugh what ever he wants. We need some offensive midfielders who can hit a target.
  8. Sorry but that was the most insipid performance - one I couldn’t have even predicted. Our midfield is seriously underperforming.
  9. And what about Mini for the tigers? Can he offer up anything? Not an excuse IMO, we are bog ordinary.
  10. Looks like the Lions was not an aberration. Something wrong with this team.
  11. I’m this close to going home
  12. Petty donuts again. Not good signs at all. How much more time do we give him before we swap with TMac?
  13. Do we look as putrid on telly as we do at the ground. Where is our pressure? Our skills?
  14. Yep the cold front that was earlier predicted to come through later today/afternoon has already swept through. Plenty of time for the sun and wind to dry out the deck for tonight.
  15. Melbourne not mentioned yet again. Just once I want our club associated with a top end talent that is out of contract. I loved it when we got Jordan Lewis as a free agent - it felt like such a great acqusition, Hibbo, Melksham also great gets too and Maudie / Lever (with draft picks) Go hard or go home.
  16. It’s all sickening how the media are now all protect the head no matter the situation. Where were they late last year? I can’t let this go - it still infuriates me to no end.
  17. Signed 4 year extension … this pipe dream is all but over.
  18. The formula this week is simple. 4 quarters of relentless pressure. I don’t care in’s and outs, the game against Lions was a shocker and huge knock on my confidence in this years potential. Was it an aberration or a sign of something more sinister? A win is non negotiable. It won’t tell us much given the extent of injuries to the Tigers, but it needs to a comprehensive performance with a minimum 6 goal+ win. A loss is almost incomprehensible but would all but likely end our hopes of a top 2 and put question marks on top 4 chances as well.
  19. It’s a good height for the modern midfielder. What’s he like athletically? Is he quick? agile? Fit as a horse?
  20. No way on earth will WC let Harley go and if they did it’ll only be to a club that give them 3 first rounders and 2of those at the pointy end. He is suring up as the player that may just be one of the greats of all time.
  21. I don’t think he’s part of the problem. He plays the secondary sacrificial role. Problem is that JUH and Naughton play the same style of game. Both are stay at home forwards. Either JUH gets on his bike and plays more in the style of Jezza or he goes.
  22. Not very often do you see an injury list with multiple with players with finger/thumb injuries
  23. You can never satisfy everybody. There is always someone that complains. I had to sit in council chambers at Bayside for a planning application that i was submitting and the gentleman before me prepared a 70 page presentation on why (another) planning application from his neighbour should not be approved. I mean 70 pages! These people have no shame, too much time or are just grumpy.
  24. Interesting development on JUH. Just find it interesting that this happens to coincide with Doggies big win and Naughton kicking 6 snags. Probably nothing but ... the old adage of smoke and fire. DOUBT SURROUNDS UGLE-HAGAN’S AVAILABILITY DESPITE ATTENDING BOXING MATCH FOLLOWING PERSONAL ABSENCE
