The reason why was he lead the pressure front from minute 1 to the last minute.
If Demonstone can have a crusade, so can I.
The past tense of lead is led.-

We’re travelling and Jones has played his 300th. Might be a good time to rest him.

This may be too much information for some but post game I stood next to Jared Rivers at the urinal surrounded by Chip Frawley, Ricky P, and J Watts who yelled out time to cancel the ski trip gents.....was epic.
Good to see that even the defectors are returning.

Where are you getting the californian blue moons from ?
I’m guessing California. But not very often.

Great that we have a third version of the actual word rapt. I was getting bored with wrapped.
In my defence, I did point out the “drunk” bit.
Some of us are having a Friday night, Teach.
Don’t worry. I get corrected every time I open my mouth here in France. The French are very particular about language, whether spoken or written. What was that line from My Fair Lady? “The French don’t care what they do actually, as long as they pronounce it properly.” Spot on.

I might be looking at the diagram a little bit drunk, but wrapt to see Mark Jackson back in the team. Oi!

All of our discussion and speculation about Weideman and Brown down the drain. When will the selectors listen to us? ?

How is the vaccine roll out going in France?
13.27 million vaccinated. I’ve had both of my Pfizer shots and my wife has had her first.
We’re fortunate to live in a town of 3,500 in the Lot. There are far fewer cases here. But we really can’t go anywhere or do anything. I’d go crazy without the footy. Well, crazier.-

Oh, to have Australia’s problem. In France, according to the My Health app, we had 34,318 new cases yesterday. ICU occupancy is at 118.2% of capacity

Where is Werridee? We need a team based on the 22 winningest players.

I read a headline that 'Melbourne in danger of missing out on NGA draft boater'. I'm only guessing this is in relation to Mac Andrew?
Sounds like he’d be good in the wet.

But I'm sure each poster is an expert.
I think all of us would like to think of ourselves as experts. But if we were, we’d be working in the industry. Wouldn’t we all love to have a job at the MFC? Then we could cast votes for the B&F. ?

Free kick must get priority.
Yes it does, and always has. Plus, there is no play-on advantage from a mark. Only from a free kick. As soon as you notice the umpire has blown the whistle, but has allowed the advantage, you know for certain the whistle was for a free kick.

Has anyone pointed out that with 2:45 left in the 3rd quarter Jackson takes a big contested mark in the goal square which the umpire paid.... then for some reason T Mac was allowed to swoop on the ball and steal the goal.
What rule is that? LJ was robbed of a contested mark and goal.
If anything T macs game was overrated and LJs was underrated.
Yes, Jackson could easily have scored a goal in that instance. But just to get it right, Jackson attempted to mark in the goal square. He did not take the mark. He was paid a free kick, but the umpire then ruled advantage and Tommy kicked the goal.

Unlikely.
Perhaps not as individuals, but there is some merit in the argument that as a group we are more often likely to be right than wrong.
Ah, the old Delphi method. Yes, that works when the group is composed of experts. Not the thoughts of a hundred idiots like us.

I’ve always thought that the coaches votes are the best indication of how the players went. They know better than the umpires and media. (And maybe better than we Demonlanders.) The Brownlow has the prestige, but the AFLCA award is the real deal.

I'm not rating ANB's defensive work this year anything better than average.
ANB: Average tackles per game: 3.8.
Pickett, 3.6.
Just saying.
