Phil Davis is cooked, Hogan can't string more than a few games together, Toby Green is suspended for the first five rounds & they've just sent a very serviceable forward in Finlayson packing for a 3rd rounder. The cherry on top is Bobby Hill now on the way out. I do agree Richmond could bounce back but a lot depends on whether they still have the hunger.

Historically, Carlton's list build strategy of buying every second player on the list gets your foot in the door of finals but falls short of matching it with the big boys. Will be interesting to see how it plays out over the next couple of years.
