  1. YOUNG MAN!!! 🔥 Future superstar. Great tackle and goal. That will lift the boys. I’ll back us for another bang right now.
  2. Windsor!!! Son, you gotta kick this
  3. All is forgiven Kozzie. But seriously we need some room. A few goals in a row is critical.
  4. Why do they get so much room on the wing? Been kicking it up with space all game.
  5. That’s a heartbreaker. Kozzie had it all on front of him, terrible kick, and too much space to the cats
  6. Ok let’s please consolidate this with a few more because the cats won’t go away, they always just need a sniff ripper tackle by petty
  7. Yeppp seen this a million times. Nobody there seems to know about it though. We keep doing it.
  8. 2.7 to 4.2 in that qtr… 5.4 and we’d be a handy couple of goals up. Instead we’re only a couple of points down but they are now converting, even if flukey sometimes and we can’t even slot them in from 30
  9. I think less time making funny content for the gram, more kicking practice and a real forward coach. Goalkicking will cost us this.
  10. We’re a very frustrating team
  11. We’re going to kick our way out of this 😔
  12. Fffffuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuugggg
  13. Trac needs to kick those
  14. Maybe but to be fair if we kicked even a little straighter that’s a 6-7 goal half. Not bad in slippery conditions.
  15. Geez tough going out there. We’ve been better moving forward tonight, if we can convert in the second half we’ll win this. Have been happy with petty taking some big marks, looks like he’s finding some confidence.
  16. I just want us to be fierce, relentless, and tidy with our skills tonight. We have to come out firing and keep up the pressure. I’m not convinced by the outcome being driven by the cats being unbeaten at this stage. Yeah they have a decent team but I don’t think it should mislead how close this should be as long as we are switched on, and don’t play like we did in the first half against the tigers and certainly nothing like the lions. Go dees! 2 goal win
  17. That is a good point and makes a lot more sense (although I read that he wasn't sighted with the Casey group?). Am definitely in favour of him getting more minutes in the 2s to build up for a proper start in the main team. Would not be a total surprise if he was a sub for last qtr shenanigans. But that doesn't help to get good minutes in him, so the less likely option.
  18. Appreciate the marathon mentality, obviously - but this is such a strange position. It would make sense if McAdam was playing against the Cats - but he's not. So he could very well join the team, fresh, against the Blues for some much needed x-factor and firepower.
  19. Can we nab him and Kalani? 2-for-1? 😏
  20. That's awesome :-) I'm so happy Ben is at the Dees. He deserved success, and I hope (given his skills of course, but probably more so his good character) that he picks up a leadership position at the club when he hangs up those big boots.
  21. Thanks, WCW. I shared BBB's words, particularly his final two paragraphs, on my socials. Love that man. Good role model. I hope the boys (and their fathers) are listening. Please send that man a big hug.
  22. I'd echo this. While some topics are difficult, and certainly the current gendered-violence crisis, as being addressed by the AFL in each of the games, is not easy to talk about - the discussion of culture/the actions of boys/men in the crowd is clearly relevant, and should be kept where it doesn't descend into personal attacks/legal issues. And I would think Neil should receive explanation. Whatever your view of this issue, it should be discussed. The argument that it doesn't mix with sports doesn't wash, because the AFL itself is incorporating it into the games (which I think is a good visible move, and sends a strong, united message to the crowd - although I think Brad Scott's comments re Tarryn were poorly timed and send the wrong/inconsistent message).
