  1. Hopefully soon Wiz. I can't understand why he doesn't. When we're struggling, why not. Petty and Mac can play both forward and back. Swap em when we're struggling. TMac won us the game against WC in 2017 (the first in ages) with his famous - Tom McDonald YOU GENIUS goal: We have the players who can play multiple positions - perhaps a little more lateral thinking and switching things up when things aren't going to plan will provide a change of fortune in games that aren't going to plan. Go Dees.
  2. Quite the measured response...
  3. Too true. It's a marathon, not a sprint.
  4. You're right. I should avoid commenting on losses until I calm down. Perhaps a good rule is to post no earlier than 24 hours after a loss. After a win - no limit...
  5. Thats the spirit. Need diehards like you to keep me on the straight and narrow. But geez - what a disappointing performance. After a 1 point loss to the paper baggers I thought our performance would've been better tonight. 1st time I've reconsidered my membership. Might not chuck in my membership just yet - thanks to you and your post, and my reflection on what I wrote. But I did think about it before your reply. Thanks THBT.
  6. I'd give that a go.
  7. Performances like that make you wonder whether you renew a membership...
  8. Embarrassing. Just Embarrassing.
  9. Classic Channel 7 footy commentary Brian Taylor: "I feel Geelong could back from 42 points down"> Richo: "That's not a big statement...oh yes it is big...actually its massive!" 🤣
  10. Its on the AFL website: https://www.afl.com.au/video/1115007/scuffle-breaks-out-after-pickett-floors-oliver?videoId=1115007&modal=true&type=video&publishFrom=1713953453001
  11. MFC to appeal Kozzies suspension: https://www.melbournefc.com.au/news/1525732/mro-update-dees-challenge-pickett-sanction
  12. Correction. I just checked the 2024 AFL Tribunal info brochure. This will be Kozzie's 3rd appearance at the tribunal in the last 2 years. The best outcome possible with a 3rd early guilty plea to "Careless, Low impact, High Contact" is a fine of $6250. Lets hope that is the case...
  13. Max gets hit in the head twice as hard as this multiple times EVERY game and it never gets reported, This incident, whilst duly making contact to the head with the shoulder was nonetheless light. Soligo was not concussed. Soligo played on immediately. Come on. Fine. $3750 downgraded to $2500 with an early guilty plea.
  14. I'm not convinced. If he kicks those 3 goals he's a hero. I'll watch his defensive and contested efforts more closely from now on sparked by your comments. Lets see how he goes...
  15. Lock us in for consecutive Adelaide games next year! Go Dees!
  16. All good. I think you'll find that the bio mechanics expert will show that the Adelaide player changed direction at the crucial moment. Precedence has been recently been set...
  17. I thought Billings played well. If he kicked straight he could have had 3 goals.
  18. Great effort to beat both Adelaide clubs in 5 days. Major confidence builder. Awesome stuff Melbourne! Oh yeah - TOP OF THE LADDER - Go DEES!
  19. Intentional. More than 5 metres of the ball. Medium impact. Likely to cause injury. DOG ACT PENDLEBURY. Your Mum told you that the retaliator always gets caught. 2 weeks suspension I would think: Pend on Neale.mp4
  20. I am sick of Collingwood getting off scott free where other clubs get suspensions. Something has got to change. Now. It should start with Pendlebury's suspension for his DOG ACT on Neale tonight. DOG. ACT.
  21. Fox Footy commentators saying just now in response to Pendlebury's hit on Neale "its ok to whack players in the solar plexus for the next 12 months". UNBELIEVABLE. I'l say it again. Pendlebury needs to be suspended for 2 weeks for that. DOG ACT.
