  1. I actually saw this incident and thought they were kicking a supporter on the ground but was told it was a flag on the ground what a bunch of twats. You can't be surprised its Port after all, security did act swiftly though.
  2. Move it to Summer and we might have a better chance you reckon SPC? All I'm saying is we have played in 2 weather affected games for 2 loses. We played a fantastic 3rd quarter of footy and almost jagged the game, lots to improve on going forward. We lose a major strength in our contested marking around the ground.
  3. We are a marking based side once we have rain affected games one of our major strengths is diminished. Our midfield is big bodied not suited to wet conditions, Ports midfield is smaller, more agile and suited the conditions down to the ground. We got taught a lesson in wet weather footy for 3 quarters on ground and inside the coaches box. I hope we have come away from this experience better prepared for these conditions in a cut throat final. I must say i was very surprised that Melksham wasn't considered for Friday night as he is a wet weather specialist. In hindsight JVR should have made way for Melk.
  4. The one positive to arise out of the loss is that's a tough travelling period done and dusted until August 6th. We now have time to settle and play at the G, hone our line up and style and set up our season.
  5. [censored] he would be handy.
  6. Set shot specialist.
  7. Can't kick to save his life.
  8. I don't know what the Swans draft status is, but i smell the waft of a nasty tank coming on.
  9. I thought Salem's game was amazing considering the lay off he has had away from the game.
  10. Has not fired a shot since he laid the spear on Smith.
  11. How many balls went out the back Kozi should have been the deepest forward all night. Friggen shocking coaching from Goody and Co. Wet weather footy 101.
  12. Bad night all round from the players to the coaches, kozi should have been full forward tonight was not deep enough so many ball out the back that were mopped up by Powa players. We were off with the fairys in the 1st quarter, they jumped us just like Essendon did in Gather round.
  13. We got destroyed inside tonight, Our talls were invisible tonight, we are not a wet weather side.
  14. Good read, have always liked the work of Rohan C.
  15. Trying to twist the missus arm, I'm trying my guts out.
  16. If its wet can 100 percent guarantee it will be Melk.
  17. Serious? he's had no game time.
  18. Feel for Petts was really starting to hit his straps. I would prefer Tmac but i get the feeling the more agile Smith will be preferred.
  19. Petty is starting to look the business at CHF clunking grabs, would big a key structural loss if his foot doesn't recover in time for Friday Night's blockbuster. Takes away the oppositions best intercept defender ever week in a move designed over the summer to stiffle the marking influence of Moore, Stewart, Andrews and the like. This is where Gawn and Grundy become so important come finals time floating into our forward line.
  20. A Fine at best, force was not excessive enough, player not injured move on. Stop wasting people's time Christian.
  21. When have they played better?
  22. Best I've seen Tiges play in 2 years, can they sustain it is another question. How bout that peanut Snott standing out the back of the box so he's not in view of the cameras swearing his potty mouth off.
  23. Cult legend status confirmed all in the space of a year.
