100% throw. They do it all the time.
-
We are certainly playing better than them this term. Pressure has been up and our run off half back has improved.
-
Melk owed us that one.
-
Have to clunk them, Tom. I have this sick feeling in my stomach that, after this period of dominance, they will go down and get a cheap goal.
-
Starting to win a little bit of territory here. Obviously, we can't pull a Melksham and we need to take some of these opportunities.
-
He's generally a terrific set shot for goal. Always keeps it low. Kept it TOO low that time.
-
Great pick up from Hannan, and super finish from Weideman in the conditions. Love the confidence to kick it! 6 inside 50s for 5 scores. At least we are being efficient.
-
He is a smart footballer. They just showed Libba flicking him a handpass on the outside - Sparrow got sucked in to the contest, which we do way too often. The bloke knows where to position himself and we need to be better in this regard.
-
What will tagging one of them do? Next to nothing. It's their structure and getting first hands on the footy that is killing us. We need to use it better and put far more pressure on when the ball hits the deck in our forward half.
-
Absolutely. Skills from both have been below par. However, he can't be taking that option in these conditions unless it's a 50/50 at a bare minimum, and he put it down Hunter's throat. He needs to be better in that situation.
-
No doubt a terrible term from us. Wind playing havoc with our skills, but their pressure between the arcs has been much better than ours. Their mids getting it away from the stoppages and 50/50s too easily as well. On the flip side, we scored 4 times from 5 entries. Our back line, outside of a few Hibberd brain farts, have been pretty good and let's be honest, we can only get better from here. Shout out to big Preuss for a good first term. Needs to give us more first use, though.
-
What in the world was that from Trac?
-
Better transition there. Great kick on the left from Lockhart too.
-
Bloody hell, Kozzie is so close to tearing a game apart.
-
Happened again there. Weideman made a contest but as soon as that ball hit the deck, Daniel got his hands on it and they were able to run it out. We aren't doing it nearly enough. Our pressure around the ball is okay, but when it goes forward it's close to non-existent right now.
-
Yep, I agree with this. Our last move forward summed it up. As soon as Fritsch missed Spargo (with a pretty rubbish kick it has to be said), Keath got the ball under no pressure and they were able to work it down field without too much issue. We haven't been able to do that a whole lot and it's now starting to show on the scoreboard. We need to not only win some footy, but to also keep it up our end for a while.
-
Fritsch just let English go then. Why not hold the tackle?
-
Yeah it was a bad decision. He's made a few early. Should have gone long down the line in that situation.
-
That one was there, though. Just have to hope they are consistent, and not consistently poor.
-
Horrible game early. Loving our pressure around the ball but the wind is playing massive havoc with the skills.
-
How is that advantage? AVB even stopped as well. Rubbish decision.
-
Pretty dodgy goal there, but we'll take it. Good pressure up the ground made that one.
-
Love seeing Steven May giving the big rev up in the pre-game huddle as well. He is really stepping up for us this year.
-
He was VERY angry in the rooms too! Not a happy man.
-
I don't think we've ever had a bad one. They always look fantastic.
