GAMEDAY - Round 7
I like the fact that Gus is getting some confidence back in his game, as we can all clearly see his toughness around the contest and his ability to win the footy. His disposal, however, leaves a little to be desired at the minute. We're winning thanks to our midfield and good transition. Our backline, apart from a few dodgy moments, has been good as well.

Round 7 Non MFC games
This result means nothing tonight. GWS are missing a raft of good players and they're playing the Cats on their home deck. Not only that but we'll have a weekend of 'how good are the kids at the Cattery' when blokes like Jack Henry are able to run around in the backline without any responsibility. At one stage their tallest player was Coniglio. God I hate Geelong.

OUR BEST 22
Not only that, but he seems to post a best 22 in every thread he enters. In caps. Your points are well made, Chazz. I think this thread does highlight the fact that a best 22 does change from week to week based on form, injuries and the opposition we are playing, but that also highlights how futile threads like these are.

Match Preview and Team Selection - Round 7
I tend to agree. Their forward line really only has McCartin and Membrey as the tall forwards, and Oscar, Lever, Hibberd and Jetta can rotate through them if need be. Adding Wagner to the side is a little counter productive, although if it means Brayshaw is released to play more midfield minutes again then I can understand it.

Injury List - Season 2018
The whole injury list is here: Harley Balic (plantar fascia) – 2-3 weeksLochie Filipovic (rested) – 2 weeksJesse Hogan (knee/ankle) – testDean Kent (hamstring) – 4-5 weeksMitch King (elbow) – 5-6 weeksCorey Maynard (hip) – 6-8 weeksPat McKenna (hamstring) – indefiniteChristian Petracca (finger) – testChristian Salem (thumb) – 1-2 weeksAaron vandenBerg (ankle) – 4-6 weeksJack Viney (foot) – 1-2 weeks It's certainly getting longer which is not a good thing, but the positive is that outside of Hogan, Trac and Viney they aren't really best 22 players. And those three won't be on the list for much longer as well.
