  3. I think at the time of my post he was a lock AA40 and many experts had him in the AA18, however he has definitely slowed up in recent weeks. I remember he got a bad head knock in I think the Port Adelaide game? He certainly gives his all, one of my favourites. In the Geelong game he was the only one trying to spoil Tuohy. I mentioned a couple of weeks ago that I think when Jetta slows down he'll slow down quickly, no doubt he plays sore for 23 weeks a year. I tossed up the idea of finding a replacement for Jetta as I think he'll fade away, I'm surprised the club decided on 3 years though, 2 would've made more sense, just like Lewis. I agree Jetta is down on last year, Hibberd also.
  4. I definitely agree with that, he was starting to let go of that over aggression and gel, good pickup
  5. You’re right, Vineys over aggression and not so bright bull at a gate play gets in the way, he needs to be smarter not harder.
  6. Apparently on the weekend, I think it was Longmire, said Buddy has only trained for 20mins in total for the whole season. So definitely been injured all year
  7. Will play this week imo
  8. Will play this weekend coming and yes, would need a good patch for sure
  9. He did. He said it's a 12 month injury normally but he hopes to be fit by round 1. We wont know until next year how he's tracking unfortunately
  10. Did you lose your happy pills this week Jnr?
  11. those ears would be close to 7kg each.
  12. Jake himself said not long after he did it that he'd be out for 12 months. So we should all assume that's the minimum, any less and it's fantastic.
  13. And "build some habits and behaviours" After all, it's all part of the "journey"
  14. There really is an ice problem in Australia.
  15. Looks like hes still in high school so go easy on him
  16. Good pickup! FMD.
  17. Haha. I was trying to find a negative just for fun, it's a longer wait to find out we've missed the 8!
  18. I'd like to see Hunt regain some zip and form, he could be a weapon come September, a bit forgotten about around these parts, I'd have him over Smith or JKH.
  19. Hope so mate!!
  20. Spargo looked ordinary v Crows, he'll be right when he builds up his strength those tackles will stick.
  21. Who cares what the media say mate, they are paid to dribble crap. I still say we've beaten no one and that is because the Crows were decimated by injury, it was a brutal win though. What happened back then means nothing for what's coming up. Hopefully a repeat of 2000, except we go all the way would be just superb shutting up Tigers fans.
  22. Ah yep, I was thinking of GWS. Crows were 4th, GWS were 11-12th. But when we played the Crows in Alice they were decimated by injury. 7th after we flogged them.
  23. The slump in form from Sydney and a win on the road v a resurgent Adelaide has changed things around a bit IMO. We can finish as high as 2nd and we could also miss the 8. Anxiety to continue for a while yet.
  24. A fit and ready to go J Hunt may be a finals wildcard if we make it too,
  25. Imagine Hunt and Hibberd back to fill our backline late in the year, exciting stuff.
