  1. I reckon the cats will really focus on putting Oliver off his game. This will result in Trac and Viney to smash the game open. Tmac really needs to finally fire up tonight. Would like to see him busting through packs and throwing his weight around like hawkins. Langers to continue on from his form against the lions and run opponents off their feet. Spargo the surprise element with his best game ever and a bonus four goals alongside kozzie who runs riot. Bbb to prove once again why we got him. Lever with eight intercept marks and a goal as well. Gawn to get the most votes and Gus to come second.
  2. The cats are a decent team that like port appear better than they are due to the number of wins they get from a very bias home ground advantage. They are also a team with suspect staying power. A good start by us will see us home. Dees by 27.
  3. I really hope the umps dont get too involved tonight and give the cats their usual helping hand.
  4. One of the many on day release probably.
  5. Great article. I remember how dark so many were on Mays so called attitude and questionable fitness levels at first. Also Lever took a while to strut his stuff. Fast fwd to Rivers and Petty and hey presto...a suspect back line to the best in the comp.
  6. Bbb to kick a big bag of biggies.
  7. Only ten and a half hours to go.
  8. To be followed by an even longer week.
  9. Which makes one crave salty snacks. Repeat cycle.
  10. Still nervous but thanks...this helps.
  11. I think Petty would make a great forward but you make a good point.
  12. I think its time we let him go if we can make some good from it.
  13. I think a lot of people gave forgotten how good Hibberd has been this year. Yea , had a bit of a dip in form his last few games but when he came in this year somewhat late ....smashed it and was instrumental in quite a few wins. I think this is actually a good thing having him replace Smith.
  14. Feel sorry for Smith but its no big headache with Hibberd in the wings.
  15. The insufficient intent has been one the umps have been all over the shop.
  16. That works in our favor when the cats realise they this game has gone up three notches and they are swamped by more pressure and higher skill levels.
  17. Agreed. Although an in form Tmac with Brown and Fritta is a better combo than hawkins...cameron and rohan. Which Tmac will we get?
  18. Trying to. Watched the 2018 final against cats for fun last night.
  19. For those calling Geelong a spent force....please stop. They are in a prelim. They have a potent forward line and we only just scraped in against them last time. I do believe we are well and truly the better team but we have seen anything can happen this year. We definately need tmac to start playing again and May to nullify Hawkins. But I believe this is our time fellow Dees lovers. Its been a tough 50 odd years but we win this and we are in a granny. Can't get myself to say that out loud though. And I get the feeling Viney will go to a new level.
  20. Minus the teeth marks for his attempts to reach the chocolate inside.
  21. I thought four week was the correct punishment. He misses finals which makes it more. However pleading not guilty.....i would have made it six.
  22. Much prefer gws without tg. The cats will be gunning for us after their narrow loss but we can beat either team.
