  1. Agreed. We wont know until two weeks the better side. I think they are slightly better overall but hardly a different class. And having said that i dont believe we are playing our besy yet so we may actually beat them.
  2. Enjoyed watching hogan last night. Great game from him.
  3. Memo to mids....dont get jumped again.
  4. Be good to see how the two ins perform.
  5. Do it for Ditchas mom boys.
  6. So hoping win the this and next which are both highly likely. To be eleven zip against the dogs might get us across the line with them. The dogs are an exceptionally good side. Which worries me that carlton almost beat them but I guess north gave us a run for our money. I really dont think we have hit our strides as yet. We have taken some big scalps but looked tired last week. As good as it is to have different players step up each week while others are quiet has been good but Im waiting for blinders played by most of the team in a game.Ie max, kozzie and Fritta were down last week. I want to see every player have a ripper and when that happens we will serve notice. It may happen today. No issues with our backline so its up to the mids. Swans bathed us in the middle so if we fix this we have a powerful forward line that can kick 100 plus in three quarters. Dont forget we have Tmac back to his best form...bbb one of the most succesfull ffs in the last four years....Sam W who is a huge smokey...Fritta who bagged six two weeks ago...Some great crumbers in kozzie...spargo..and maybe chandler. Trac and Max to add some more music and wow. Just win the centre please lads. .. Hoping its starts today Go dYou good Demons.
  7. Who will get Hibbered today? Hes been an awesome inclusion and back to his best as well.
  8. Fritta to have a big one since he has been well rested in last weeks game?
  9. Is Chandler in a sign of Tracs uncertainty?
  10. Good point. If we are a true top team a thrashing might be handed out today. Certainly have a forward line capable of a big score.
  11. This game is a classic example of bias decisions. Tigers favored by a mile.
  12. Have not been a fan of Jake M but I did not expect him to be dropped. Full credit to Goody. Great ins.
  13. In...Dees win Out.. dogs winning form and a loss to port And eight point break for us.
  14. I fully agree with this idea some clubs get a better run but why is a great question. Home teams especially interstate have large crowd bias which sways calls. In more neutral games I think there are clubs that are more glamerous than others especially constant winning ones with glamour players. Cats last night a perfect example. Dees have not been glamerous nor do we have large crowds. I reckon even wirh my own supporter bias we often get robbed. Sometimes at crucial times and in crucial places. Maybe we are just are not relevent in umpires minds. Not sure if it can be fully explained. Fugazzi?
  15. I often wonder how Salem would go in the middle. I know hes probably too valuable in his role at present but I reckon he would go gangbusters.
  16. If Trsc is out mine is getting worse.
  17. I think we will have to put gus in there.
  18. And Darren Bennet.
  19. If you can kick a barrel ten meters past the centre circle then one should do it more often
  20. True but he often rests in the fwd line and needs to improve his kicking. Its woeful.
  21. Umps love geelong.
  22. But we have plenty of rucks in Daw, Jackson and Max. I think we have someone else too but cant recall. Suffice to say We have enough. Id look at midfield and a small defender.
  23. Remember when we had Tmac firing next to Hogan , Hannan and Garlett. It seemed like a powerful combination. Well now we have Tmac firing....Bbb...Sw...Kozzie and Frtiitta. Not too shabby.
  24. I may be off the mark but I reckon at this stage of the season its still a land grab. Do what you can within sense to win as many as possible. At round 15 you can sit back and revisit this idea with hopefully enough points to have cemented a finals birth.
  25. I blame all this on that swans supporter with the swollen finger disease. Lj was quiet against swannies but he has some great skills. Gathers the ball like a small rover. Big out. But Sw is a big inclusion. We have lost a quality defender, mid and now fwd. We have covered them in Harmes who was good and Petty who despite the naysayers was very good. Stocks are getting low. Get better Luke J. But what if Sw kicks a bag? And its more than possible.
