Anyone for cricket?
Interesting point. I seem to recall during our glory days that I heard commentators/players mentioning they aim for at least 25% of their total runs to be in singles.

Anyone for cricket?
I can't see how the weather is likely to prevent England getting the win here. Indeed, if it stays away, we're likely 15 runs shy of a 2-1 lead.

Anyone for cricket?
Great take from Haddin puts Australia right into the driver's seat. Cook gone for 62, England now 4-110 - still 417 behind.

Anyone for cricket?
Yep. It's Clarke's fault that the other guys are knobs, Watson refuses to fix technical flaws and we have no other decent batsmen in the country.

Watson - what a hack.

Anyone for cricket?
Great captaincy from Clarke to put Watson on. Ball coming on well and the shorter man gets the LB. Root tough to see if it's pad first or bat or both at the same time. No way it's conclusive evidence - should be out. Is out.

Dave Warner - too big for his boots and I, for one, wouldn't be sad if I never saw him in the baggy green ever again.

WELCOME TO DEMONLAND AND THE MFC - Jasmine Garner
Sorry to bump (this'll be the last one!) - I've received another email from the club about sending a loyalty certificate and team photo. I've PM'd you with details and what you need to do.

Anyone for cricket?
Is it true that the hotspot missed Jonathon Trott's edge onto his pad in the second innings because they were showing a replay of an earlier hotspot?

Anyone for cricket?
It's shocking. In my opinion, the downsides and drawbacks of the DRS system far outweigh the benefits it brings.

And that's why you save your reviews.

Anyone for cricket?
A poor decision for sure, but it shouldn't be forgotten the reason we couldn't challenge it. The referral of the LB earlier in the day was absolutely shocking and completely wasted our last review. Costly. While Pattinson should've known better, I place the blame pretty squarely with Haddin. He should've known the ball was passing leg by a mile and said as much immediately. Could cost us dearly, if it hasn't already.

Tennis Anyone?
Wow! What a day! Sharapova out. FEDERER out!!! 7 withdrawals including big Jo and Azarenka. Opens the door for Murray and probably cements it for Serena.

WELCOME TO DEMONLAND AND THE MFC - Jasmine Garner
Hi all, I've PM'd all the relevant people (I believe) about contact from the club. Please let me know if you didn't get a PM but should've. At the risk of revealing myself to be an idiot - I can't figure how (or if) you send multiple PMs to people in the one go.

Current Television
Game of Thrones. Season 3. Episode 9. You have killed television for me. You are the worst thing I have ever witnessed and now I not only hate all forms of entertainment media, I also hate life. You should have come with a warning. You didn't. You are the worst.

Anyone for cricket?
Kane Williamson is such a talent but he simply has to learnt to tick the runs over. Regularly he bats out 30/40+ deliveries only to be undone. Too often that's for about 5-10. He needs to tick the runs over to relieve pressure and place it on the opposition captain. I shudder to think what Broad and Anderson will do to our meek batting line up. We have to pray Starc, Cummins and Pattinson stay fit!
