WELCOME TO DEMONLAND AND THE MFC - Jasmine Garner
Thanks mate. I used to come here multiple times a day and then, all of a sudden, I just didn’t anymore. I’d like to say I was in prison, or something interesting. I think, in truth, I’m addicted to the pain. And pain has returned. I tried about three days after the premiership to log back in but couldn’t remember my details and decided we probably hadn’t won anything and it was all made up. Then Garner got the medal and I felt compelled.

It would’ve also felt like, inevitably, it was the only way we were ever going to get one.

Best on ground in an AFLW grand final. To go with 6 All-Australians, 2 League MVPs as voted by her peers, 3 as voted by her coaches. Two time team leading goal kickers and 4 best and fairests (to date). Good luck to her, indeed.

When will Melbourne break these embarrassing records?
Hopefully they're on track to beat 190.

When will Melbourne break these embarrassing records?
Following on from Titan's post above. This year we will not lose three in a row. The first time we've done that since 1998. 2016 is only the second time we've avoided three straight losses since 1964!

The youngest most inexperienced side
Looking at the average games list, am I right in saying two of our most experienced sides this year fronted up against Essendon and St kilda?

Haven't won in Round 2 since 2005.

Shield Final - related to other thread about "true" extras. It's on the scorecard again because (I think) a Vics official rubbed the ball into the concrete and it gave away a 5 run penalty - after a boundary too, not often you see a 9! Final very evenly poised. S.A. essentially 2-8 with plenty of overs left in the day. If they get the full 28 overs in, Vics can expect to have them 4-5 down with a lead around 100.
