My wife and I are heading off on a slightly delayed honeymoon tomorrow (child free) so tonight is the last night we will see our little ones for a whole week. Going to soak up the time with them and give tonight a miss I think, see you all on the other side.
  2. Karma bus is coming to the pies and Maynard…
  3. Maynard’s defence

JJ in for Tmac Grundy for JVR SparGOAT for Gus JJ in allows Trac to play forward a lot more and Trac takes Tmacs spot. Grundy will offer a lot more in the ruck than JVR when max is off but [censored] all up forward. SparGOAT can at least deliver the ball inside 50 hopefully making Fritta and Smith more potent. FB: Salem May Mcvee HB: Rivers Lever Bowey C: Langdon JJ Hunter HF: Kozzie Smith ANB FF: Chandler Fritta Trac Fol: Gawn Oliver Viney Int: SparGOAT Grundy Sparrow Hibberd Sub: Woey

Cmon swans, couldn’t stand seeing blues fans up and about for one more week it’s gross
  10. The fact of the matter is his initial jump to smother is absolutely not a footy act… who jumps into someone to smother? He would have had lot better chance touching the ball if he planted and jumped up, rather than toward Gus. He then decided to chose the worst of three options he had whilst in the air. Creating maximum force to the worst place to hit someone. this needs to be a minimum of 4 weeks. He absolutely meant to make contact with Gus. It was his choice to run and jump directly into him, brace and collect him front on in the head. Letting him off would set a VERY ugly precedent allowing players to launch at anyone with the ball front on and do whatever they want “because they are in the air” with zero ramifications.
  11. Really proud of the fight back. Bring on the Blues/Swans
  12. Feel like we really dominated that quarter without gaining on the score board, looked a lot more Melbourne like. One thing about this team is we can go harder for longer.
  13. Am I going crazy… fox saying Maynard has nothing to worry about but JVR is in trouble wtf
  14. Horrible start, need to lift big time
  15. trying to defend him… what else could he do? He didn’t need to jump and leave the ground. Carless, high contact 2 weeks

  17. Sadly I think it will be melksham out and we will bring tmac in.

That looked every bit a goal. Daylight between ball and post, and it went over the padding.
  19. That was a goal… clear as day.
  20. That was putrid… utter garbage
  21. That was a very entertaining game of footy, Tigers played their absolute hearts out, looked like a final. Things are starting to click…

I wonder what his trade value would be if he did request a trade… Unlike the pies, we value him, want to keep him and are only invested at 650k not a mil…
  23. If Jackson entered this years draft he wouldn’t go at 1.
  24. How could you justify spending more than pick 1 on any player who is out of contract?
  25. I would be furious if I was a Freo supporter, the trade is going to end up being. 13, 4 & 23 (4061 points) for Jackson, 44 & 67 (431 points) Valuing Jackson alone at 3630 points That’s equivalent to p1 and 30… or two top 10 picks 5/6. I would say this would have to go down as the worst trade of all time giving up more than pick 1.
