Premiership-winning sides play like there is 36 of them in the Grand Final. They play so much like a team that the full back is influenced by the full forward, the ruckman is influenced by the wingman, the centre half back influenced by the forward pocket etc etc Port Adelaide have Premiership-worthy players like the Cornes and Burgoyne brothers, Pearce, Rodan, Motlop, Thurstans, Lade, Cassisi but as Port Adelaide in the big time, they seem to go missing. Everyone in that Geelong line-up plays about 3 different roles, if not more. They are a great example of what Melbourne needs to do in 2008. Multi-tasking and loads of discipline.

Well there you go. I'm still waiting on a response but he's probably blind now while watching the game. Tonight I agree - plenty of rumours from Grand Final functions. For all I know he maybe linked to Hawthorn!

Drafted with Pick 8 to Adelaide in the 2004 AFL Draft from the Geelong Falcons, the player drafted prior to him was also from the Falcons - Jordan Lewis to Hawthorn. Was a leading ruckman in the SANFL for his club Norwood but found it difficult to get into the Adelaide side with Biglands, Clarke, Hudson all respected higher than him. Had his chance this year with Clarke to St. Kilda and Biglands' season-ending knee injury, however he was troubled in the 2007 pre-season with injury and Jonathon Griffin/Ivan Maric were moved ahead of him in the pecking order. Interested to note that Maric was drafted by Adelaide with Pick 40 in the same draft. He is 21 years old, 200cm and 95kg. I would give away Jamar to give the highest drafted ruckman in the 2004 draft a chance to show himself at our club. In a flash.

If Meesen wants to leave Adelaide and he wants to join the MelbourneFC, then we have a simple trade on our hands. Jamar for Meesen. Why does Meesen want to play for Melbourne? Does he know of Bailey's abilities? Hehe.

Last question I'll ask to him: who was there and who made the revelation? If I get nothing, then it is still unknown to me. They've closed Sportsbet's market again.
-
Oh! Well well well, I got the reply. He was at a MelbourneFC function at Flemington racecourse today, and it was announced there.
-
Hooray! I can finally add to the rumour bin. I got an SMS from a good friend of mine which simply said: "Judd is a demon". I've asked for proof as a reply, but I know his company works with the MelbourneFC and he has very close ties with Steve Harris and a former MelbourneFC representative Shane Anderson. I looked on here and saw nothing, so he's just speculating ...

BT is contracted with Collingwood, no? Or is he an occasional kicking assistant supervisor at the club? I remember him decked out in the Filth gear when working one-on-one with Rocca. Pointless task for him, really.
-
Garry would know best, would he not? He is the only person who sat in with the meeting amongst all of the radio stations and TV channels (confirm for me please, not sure about Schwarz). For him to deny and keep his mouth shut could mean many things. That an agreement was made there and then at the meeting and that he has to shut himself up until an official announcement, or simply ... he has to just shut himself up about any dealings that happened in that meeting.

If I were an AFL bookie, I would wait until the trade week has ended for this one time only. Regardless, I still reckon the odds will be huge on us, and they won't last.

How do you even know that CAC is online? What's his pseudonym? Or are you guessing because he is a "Guest"?
-
We have to give away Johnstone, Rivers and Pick 4? Stupid to the extreme. Losing Rivers would crush our already deplorable backline.
-
Port Adelaide by 4 goals - the game decided within the first half. Shaun Burgoyne dominates off the backline to win the Norm Smith.
-
Pick 3 in the PSD? Could it be possible to recruit Shane Valenti with this pick?
-
Not really - when the Demons are not involved in it and I would expect no more YKW rumours seeing that there's only one thing of importance today in the AFL.
-
I would deem it high unlikely that mug money would change the price in 12 hours from $2.00 into $1.70, let alone $2.25 > $1.70 and $3.00 > $1.70 24 hours ago.
-
I will refuse to declare victory and pop the sparkling wine bottle because the significant and official source can only be the man himself, and what did we get from him last night? "I haven't decided yet" Regardless of this - there is so much speculation flowing around about one club only and it is in almost everybody's ears and it is building people with confidence as to who Judd will decide upon, that yesterday morning, $3 became $2.25, $2.25 re-opened at $2.00 and now is $1.70. That short of a price to still have fluctuations means there must be HUGE MONEY flowing in. Which makes this weekend one of the most agonising in my lifetime.

*To keep up with the Judd-related sexual innuendo* I think the server cracked a massive one and couldn't take it.
-
I am 95% sure that Judd had returned to Melbourne today for his first meeting with Connors in the past week, most likely to discuss the future and decisions.
-
A-ha! It all makes sense now. Tony Jones being a Filth follower adds his little opinion at the end because he knows the truth. When something is known in the media it flows to everyone. Like the Dylan Howard drugs saga and those two names which faced the lawsuit.
-
Well - no, not really. If Daniher was in charge I don't think Judd would have been wow-ed at all.
-
Geez - Demonology took their time to melt down ... I was waiting and waiting and now it's ****ed Will Before The Game spill anything?

Usually an expectation to see a different team winning the NAB Cup. I wouldn't dare post a market for something like this because there's more of a chance the bookies are going to be destroyed by something like Richmond at $17. I think that's worth a little flutter.
