Farewell Oscar McDonald
While I think he was one of the worst footballers I've seen in red and blue, I'm glad he got himself another opportunity. Has always been a hard worker. Though people have short memories. I remember back in 2019 where Goodwin started him forward against Collingwood to zero effect, and then last year against Sydney when he got shifted forward because he was absolute diabolical down back and again was just as worse. He's a handy depth for Carlton and once they get there forward structure working, he's out.

Farewell Oscar McDonald
Interesting choice of sub. Not the fact it's Oscar but that they're going with a slow tall. Coaching staff must not have faith in their current talls getting through.

2021 Injury List
He's cooked. I think he'll faze out of the team Bernie Vince style.

Good decision. Hibberd only played 3 quarters on the weekend after missing majority of this pre season.- James Jordon to Debut Round 1
Think of him as a James McDonald type more then anything. Coaches love him, will do a discipline job when asked, and will go out and give 110%. Has worked incredibly hard to get to AFL level due to a few rejections at TAC cup level. Knowing his parents well in Daryl and Prue Jordon, they will be extremely proud this Saturday. On ya Jimmy.- Simon Goodwin Interview SEN (17/3/21)

We'll lose Jones, Jetta, Hibberd, Mitch Brown and Vandenberg at the end of the year due to retirement or delisting. These guys are pretty 31 years plus. It's not as telling that number will significantly drop at the end of the year.- GENERATION NEXT 2021 with Troy Chaplin

That's all the tweets they've uploaded so far. Did mention towards the end that they don't expect to see Ben Brown play some sort of footy until about round 7. James Jordon also most likely to debut this weekend.- Simon Goodwin Interview SEN (17/3/21)

Melksham won't play. He hasn't even any match simulated games at VFL level. Hibberd only played 3 quarters in the VFL. I suspect he'll need a full game in the VFL first before he is considered. Not sure why you've put May, Oliver and Salem when they've all done a full pre season and played AFL games. Hardly underdone..- PREGAME: Rd 01 vs Fremantle
Jealous of all of you going to the game. I can't attend even though I'm down in Melbourne for the weekend... ? Please be extra loud Dee supporters!!- Mark Williams Interview
