Can someone explain how we win by 17 but lose 1% on the ladder?

We've got West Coast at a great time. No Naitanui, No Kennedy, No Gaff Few sore boys like Vardy/Ryan/Jetta WC not desperate for a win, being a game and a half + percentage clear in the top 2.

it's important to get games into Weid, but Pederson IMO will give us more output at the moment

how do you know?

This team has a nucleus of players to take us to a flag in the near future, but this finals thing is seeming to be such an enormous barrier. Can’t win won until we get there

Lever will join Viney as captain in about two years time... His leadership is so underestimated

I don’t think Tyson is in our best 22 come round 1, next year. Especially if we manage to land Gaff. A club will probably sense he’s gettable, and might offer him a nice contract along with guaranteed AFL opportunities and in that case he’d probably request a trade

Say we make it to week 1 of the finals and Viney’s back, what would be our ideal changes to this team? for me in; Viney, Hibberd, Melksham out: JKH, Pedo, Vanders

Pretty much the only explanation I can think of for the Pedo inclusion is they realise that Swans needed Buddy to kick 6 for them to win, and they still only scored 73 points. We've gone full Buddy conscious

So we can rule out Wagner Can't see them playing Pedo Hunt seems not ready Maybe Fritsch to replace Smith at HB?

I think we'll win 6 more, beating St Kilda, Freo, Dogs, Suns, Crows and Giants Losing to Cats, Swans and Eagles I would've definitely taken 14 wins at the start of the year. It'll probably have us finishing in the 4-7 range
