Farewell Jesse Hogan
Apparently clubs want future 1st rounders rather than current firsts because this years draft really falls away after pick 6 or 7. Via Paul Connors

Can we not become ‘those types’ of fans

Farewell Dom Tyson
Matthew Lloyd just said on the Trade Table that it's a shoe-in that he won't be at the Dees next year, with Gold Coast leading the race for him ahead of Hawks, Bombers, Blues

Farewell Jesse Hogan
The reality is, a top 10 pick and Steven May as a result of dealing Hogan is absolutely the return we should be receiving. I'd give 1 or 2 picks in the second round to make it happen too

Farewell Jesse Hogan
Tom Browne is a [censored] but genuinely on the money Broke that Gaff was staying about 2 days before it became official

Farewell Jesse Hogan
Wants to be at Freo, and as a result makes him Freo's #1 target. Freo's interest in Hogan is decreasing but still there and could force us to accept a worse deal

Farewell Jesse Hogan
Lobb decision doesn't bode particularly well for us
-
Farewell Jesse Hogan
Probably stating the obvious here but if we can't get his long term commitment now then I'd be more than happy to trade him, granted we get a nice return package. No need for a Hogan-WA fiasco throughout the entire 2019

Farewell Dom Tyson
apparently may be involved in the Kolodjashnij deal to Gold Coast

Farewell Jesse Hogan
If we don’t get 2x first rounders in 2018 I think we have the right to feel quite hard done by

Farewell Jesse Hogan
Given Freo may exchange pick 4 and 22 (via Neale Trade) for 9 and 10 from Port, I think I'd be pretty happy to get 2 out of picks 5/9/10 for Jesse Push for 5 and 9, wouldn't lose sleep if it was 9 and 10 though. Then 10 and 43 for May and Kolodjashnij

KK will be playing wing for us, not HBF

WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - STEVEN MAY
You can’t trade someone without player consent. So if he wants to go to Melbourne, they can’t trade him to Collingwood unless he agrees. They can only hold him at Gold Coast
-
WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - STEVEN MAY
So reiterating what I said, Collingwood has no relevance if May doesn’t nominate them
-
WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - STEVEN MAY
Not really true at all. If May nominated us then Collingwood is irrelevant

Could we get May while keeping Hogan?

https://amp.theage.com.au/sport/afl/demons-eye-off-the-suns-kade-kolodjashnij-20180927-p506hl.html?__twitter_impression=true Demons eye off the Suns' Kade Kolodjashnij Apparently we are targeting him. #5 pick from 2013 or 2014 I think? Silky outside mid who hasn’t quite got it together yet and could use a fresh start Probably wouldn’t cost us a lot. Definitely yes from me.

Cerra just signed a new deal. He ain’t leaving so stop using him in scenarios

Farewell Jesse Hogan
Hogan apparently is our highest paid player. Would trading Hogan allow us to throw more money at Andrew Gaff, as well as being able to recruit May? That way we get Gaff, May and another high draft pick for Jess

Farewell Jesse Hogan
Ed Langdon, along with one of their first round picks, is someone I'd love at the Dees and is exactly the type we need. So say we traded Jesse Hogan to Fremantle for Ed Langdon and pick 4 Then we traded pick 4 and pick 43 to Gold Coast for Steven May and pick 26 So essentially, IN: May, Langdon, pick 26 OUT: Hogan, pick 43

Farewell Dean Kent
I’m a fan of Kent. Liked him for our best 22 next year. Sad to see him go good luck Kenty
-
Farewell Jesse Hogan
Freo will pay massive overs for him if we are to trade him
-
Farewell Jesse Hogan
I don’t really wanna trade Hogan If we did, I’d want us to be flipping our draft picks we get in return. One for May. One for Jack Martin. Yes please

WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - STEVEN MAY
We've apparently made salary cap space for a potential big pick up (possibly May), But do we keep our cash and go for Josh Kelly next year?
