What is the financial structure of the Club's presence in Casey and at Casey Fields? On the one hand, does the Club lose any funding if we reduce or cease our presence there? On the other, does the Club have any realisable equity in the facilities there?

Our 'one club/pokies' sale funds sit in a 'future fund', I believe, and is ring-fenced from this capital spend. Can someone remind us why?
