We need midfield depth, but with Sparrow/JJ/Gus, etc we need some outside skill, especially a left footer After getting Dunstan for inside depth, Amon would be perfect for the outside. Depth might be harsh as I reckon he is good enough to be in the 22. Get him for free and we are laughing! obviously he needs to fit into our salary structure. i.e. he gets a lot less than elsewehere

Can we stop any talk of succession plans please?? Goodwin has just started his 7th year as head coach, won a flag in his 6th year and has this club unbelievably well set up for more success. Succession plans usually end in failure aside from, well basically unless Paul Roos is involved. Simon's dedicated, humble, selfless leadership style has permeated the club and the playing group and I am forever grateful.

I reckon Goody not holding out for a longer contract shows how confident he is now. We have the best coach in the league and other teams are trying to copy us. Goody after a couple of shaky seasons seems extremely comfortable in the role. 7-0 after winning a drought breaking flag is a sensational effort
