The AFL are turning our sport into a circus. Just create a fixture as fair and even as possible please! What is a magic round? how is it magic? playing on B grade ground with no crowds and getting injuries? People say it replaces practice games? We will just have more intraclub games, we still need to prepare the players for AFL footy. I find it embarrassing.

This makes complete sense, they want an equal comp with no home ground advantage so they play this extra round in one state. I assume the rest of the fixture is balanced and fair yeah? The draw will be random with teams pulled out of a hat?? Pies playing at Kardinia park next year?

Whenever I worry about our future success I think of Clarry and feel better. Genuinely the best player I’ve seen in red and blue and the most consistent bloke in the league. He won’t rest until we win another flag.

Hope we play the prelim in a good local ground like Princes Park. Would be a cracking atmosphere

I reckon seeing JVR at training will push T Mac to have the preseason of his life we desperately need some competition for spots up forward

I reckon he could be the best MFC player to not have played a game exciting prospect for sure and our greatest need by far

Anyone heard of any off season surgeries? would be great to have our top 30 all with a full pre season

I reckon our fitness/performance guy will have a break out year. Get the boys rested, and then a full preseason. Sort out the loading through the year and get us cherry ripe for September

I reckon Pick 13 will come straight in and have a strong year. He has a lot of potential and we were lucky he slid to us at 13. We got the man we wanted in the end
