  1. The appeal of NicNat is his marketability. Living in WA I have a lot of mates who support the Eagls. They know he is overrated, there's never any debate. But the kids love him, he brings in the money. Commentators obviously get sucked in as well.
  2. On the good stuff tonight eh fence.Sarcasm is lost obviously lost on you. We have a prize for you, it's a big wooden penis.
  3. Not being rude Monde but don't quite understand your post. If your sources are from within the industry why would they be rumours? Unless they are purely speculating themselves.
  4. Ruckmen from different drafts were being compared, more so to discuss the development and coming along of Gawn. A poster suggested NicNat to be elite, Gawns stats were simply compared with his to discuss if NicNat was really elite. The Watts v Nicnat debate is a different issue, comparing picks 1 and 2 from the same draft. All player comparisons will cease from here mein fuhrer!
  5. Unsure if your post is in reply to mine or not willmoy. My point was that Gawn is or at least will be a better footballer than Nic Nat, I'm not just talking exclusively about tapping the ball. Nic Nat is 25 and played 123 games, Gawn is 23 and played 23 games. 100 games and 2 years age gap is a lot especially when talking about ruckmen. I hope Gawn continues his development because I'm more excited by him than Nic Nat.
  6. 'Elite'No way is he elite. He's a decent tap ruckman that's about it. Not sure what your referring to when you say he does more than what is captured in your 'run of the mill disposals' considering everything is captured. He averages one mark, 12 disposals (at 62%), 33 hitouts, 4 score involvements, 4 tackles. Gawn averages five marks, 15 disposals (75%), 40 hitouts, 5 score involvements, 2 tackles. I'm not saying Gawn is better but Nic Nat is far from being elite. Gawn has a long way to go but I believe he will be a better footballer than Nic Nat.
  7. No he isn't.Here's the list -> http://m.afl.com.au/trade/free-agency
  8. The trade would have to be requested by the player himself.
  9. Zero potential.Freeeeeeeeeeee Agencyyyyyyyyy!
  10. No. He signed a 2 year extension last year. What makes you think Wines Munga?
  11. One of the teams are staying on the same level as me at the Langham. Woke me up at 2am to some very strange noises.
  12. Pot.Kettle.Black. Wonder what bigfooty would give us for olisik?
  13. You guys are bananas
  14. You'd prefer he comes out and says exactly who we are targeting? Coaches won't discuss contracted players.
  15. I don't think it's vague, he stated we will go after FA's.
  16. What's the 'safe workplace environment' clause in this case AF?No ones claiming anything illegal occurred during there training/work time or at a GC official venue.
  17. There won't be if the Lions win by 6 (Goals).
  18. Thanks for the correction. Great movie.
  19. Can they get much worse?!The night is darkest just before the dawn. - Bruce Wayne as Batman circa 2008.
  20. Coniglio has signed an extension, thought I read his name mentioned here a few times.
  21. I only read this thread to feel better about myself.
  22. I understand this. Posters have previously asked about Treloar that's all.To be honest I've never seen him play a game or taken much notice. The type of money being quoted makes me think Roo's and Co. wouldn't be interested.
  23. http://www.wwos.ninemsn.com.au/article.aspx?id=9005192 According to this article three Vic clubs are chasing Treloar and we're not one of them.
  24. He's in a corner crying.
