Where did Lewis say he didn’t let on he was injured? I assumed he was jabbed at half-time allowing him to play out the game. With respect to Goodwin wanting ‘fit players’ this is obviously in relation to going into a game, nothing to do with players being injured during a game.

It’s a long time to wait between games. The upside is that there’s no possibility of my weekend being ruined.

Keeping up with the positive themes of this thread, Lewis only has one more season after this one.

And Brisbane, who managed to kick two goals after 3/4 time on Saturday. They’re not small scalps.

If we’re going to bomb it into the 50 why don’t we bomb it long? We continually bomb it to around the 40m mark where we play behind our man. The opposition rebound and kick a goal. The i50 stat means nothing when our entries and the result are like this.

It was positively the worst performance I’ve seen us put in for a longtime.

Put a blindfold on me and throw me in the middle of the ‘G during a game. I’d cover the same amount of ground.

It’s not working. I like to think I normally move on pretty quick after a loss but this ones different, I’m still quite peeved. It was a pathetic effort by the players and coaches, we’ve gone backwards since last season and it’s very disappointing.
