Cut White and you'll wind up getting another rookie on the same money - you have to fill the list. He'll stay. Jamar's retirement would free up some money, but the salary cap is certainly an issue. Confident it will be sorted.

If we have a full list, including JT and CP, we can't offer a contract because the position doesn't exist. A contract for 2016 is a different thing, as rpfc points out.
