THE 2018 AFL NATIONAL DRAFT
No Sydney stack Was predicted to got to us in many phantom drafts at one of our early picks Sounded like a good prospect

What time does it start today??

Delisting, Trade and FA discussion 2018
We would be trading into this year's first round so no permission needed from the AFL. We just have a lot of spots to fill so I'm sure they would have someone in mind around 19 hill? Ely smith?

Delisting, Trade and FA discussion 2018
Would we look at trading next year's first pick for gws pick 19? It gets us an extra early pick this year with lots of spots to fill on the list and hopefully our first pick next year is 15 onwards so wouldn't be a massive loss there. Gws have a few early picks in the draft already. Thoughts?

Delisting, Trade and FA discussion 2018
Will we look to package up a future 2nd round pick and this year's 3rd round round pick to get a pick in the 20s maybe low 30s

Farewell Jesse Hogan
So pick 6 and 15 for neale?? 6 and 11 for hogan 15 for lobb

Farewell Jesse Hogan
If this trade goes ahead I wud like to keep pick 5 to use on Smith. I know all the talk is the back line but with lever coming back and our midfield being a year older and better I feel the back line is set Smith adds that outside run should take tysons roll from day one

WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - KADE KOLODJASHNIJ
Does this mean we can't trade our future first round pick??

Farewell Jesse Hogan
For me it’s simple 2 top 10 draft picks or we keep Jessie. Have a crack for a flag with him next year and if he still wants to go we get a first round pick next year. If that’s all Freo are will to cough up this year then it will be no big loss.

Dylan Shiel
I don’t know if this has been asked but don’t teams have to use a certain amount of 1st round picks in a four year cycle? The hawks haven’t used a first rd pick for a couple of years and would have to use two 1st round picks to get Shiel am I missing something?

WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - STEVEN MAY
Early pick from hogan trade(if it happens) say pick 6. For may, kk and the suns late first round pick the got from west coast currently 18. Do we win that or the suns?? I’m really not sure about may.

Welcome to Demonland: Jake Lever
Quoting myself here but called this trade a while ago and it’s looking like it may be the trade that gets us young lever.

Welcome to Demonland: Jake Lever
I was thinking the same thing. He hates Melbourne so much it isn’t funny. Saying many people think he is worth 2 first round picks I don’t think anyone but the crows have come out saying he is worth 2 first rounders

Welcome to Demonland: Jake Lever
2017 first 2018 first and upgrade there second and third round picks for lever and there 2017 first which will be 17/18

Welcome to Demonland: Jake Lever
Would anyone do our this year and next year first rounders (10 & ?) for lever and the crows first this year (16-18). Use the crows pick on lockie obrien a classy outside mid.

Delistings/trades at end of the season
If true Collingwood being into Howe straight swap for freeman? Any takers

Delistings/trades at end of the season
Cam Ellis-yolman out of contract was killing it earlier on. Maybe our second round is to early mid to late second maybe. But first we must get hb. He is a must. I like the sound of butcher as a delisted free agent.

Delistings/trades at end of the season
Like this if this was the case and we get a good compo pick for garland that leaves us with Prestia and a couple of pics in the low 20s happy days

The 2014 AFL National Draft
I agree with this if you have a good midfield it will make who ever in your forward line look better we could have Lockett in his prime playing for us but if we only get the ball in the forward 50 half a dozen times a game he ain't gonna kick much goal. Trade our first round pick like the Tyson deal last year maybe nath freeman and collingwoods first pick for our first pick. I wud love to get a gws mid eg shiel but I don't think they will be interested in the kpf predicted to go 1 or 2

The 2014 AFL National Draft
If we continue how we are and we loose frawley there is no doubt the afl would have to give us a pp. in saying that the pick we get for frawley needs to be used on a replacement and the pp needs to be used on a kpf to replace Clark. So pick1 kpf, pick 2 kpb pick 3 best mid and pick 20 odd best mid or traded for a decent ruckman from west coast or freo they have a few. Or do we go for some mids that have been in the system a few years I would love to get J oRouke and L plowman from gws similar to dom Tyson high end talent just hasn't had a good run at it. Or do we look at the 2nd tier at freo crozier, tanner smith and Sheridan the draft has kpfs so freo cud trade 2 of these guys for a crack at a key forward and if they get a key forward it might stop them coming after hogan next year
