Anyone watching please post here. I am in Cambodia, too far from G

melb 2.6

bulldogs 5.7

quality melbourne disposal, yeah right.

melb 3.8

dogs 6.8

disposal is a disgrace for afl level. do we have a skills coach at the club?

if it hadnt of been for robbo's goal i was turning the tv off. constant giving up the ball in contested situations is killing me. its a long road ahead for us supporters.

Disposal is equal to the umpiring. We are not being rewarded for our tackling and pressure, so many missed throws and holding the ball - and it has been very costly with many frees/missed frees resulting in dogs goals. Confidence is a big issue.

Garland = liability. I won't say never, but definately not now.

Better pressure than last week but similar problems when we have the ball. Bulldogs aren't very impressive except murphy who is, as usual against us, having a good one.

My main point is he shouldn't be playing. I have seen him play better but most of his work today has been ugly.

Neita finally goals and didn't we need it.

You had close to 22 players last week whose play was "ugly".

If you're gonna play a kid give him at least a month in the ones so he learns something that he can take back to the seconds

There is no point putting them in when they are nowhere near ready. It won't help him at all, just trash his confidence.

Bulldogs finally putting it together like a good afl side.

51 points *shakes head*

morton looks the goods, weetra terrible.

At least we have improved slightly.

SOMEONE NEEDS TO TEACH THEM HOW TO TACKLE.

70 points down at 3 quarter time is disgraceful, we have given up 69 points in a half of footy. Surely it can't be 2 100 point losses on the trot.

brock mclean is on another planet.

sadly its looking very fitzroy like in their last few seasons

Dean Bailey does some stupid things, Neitz should be in the goal square all day, Miller should be sent to Sandringham permanantly. Bruce is underdone. Our game plan is woeful. We bomb the ball long to nothing, those days of bombing long are over. we have to hold onto the ball till we have got an option. Work rate is poor and disposal is second rate. Kevin Sheedy could have done alot better things with this side

Three players to put a line through and never to play again,

Weetra - a disgrace! he is horrible, trips over is own feet. He was on the verge of getting dropped from sandy 2's! Does mark williams have any input?

Bode - another shocker! do i really need to explain?

Dunn! - is soft, lost, selfish. No footy smarts.

how the f$ck do about 10 of our players just let the doggies run free ??

I just don't understand - is it too hard to look out for a man ?

Surely its time to play one -on-one accountable footy !!!!!!

Watching a very soft doggies side run free is just making me vomit.

Why bother

Always look at for the positives, It was a %percentage booster for us. 32% up to 42% . so much for doing it for Junior.

  • REPORT: Hawthorn

The final score in Saturday's game against Hawthorn was almost identical to that from their last contest three months ago. Melbourne suffered comprehensive defeats in both games, but the similarities ended there. When they met in Round 9, the Demons were resurgent, seeking to redeem themselves after a lacklustre start to the season. They approached the game with vigour and dynamism, and were highly competitive for the first three quarters, during which they were at least on par with the Hawks. In the final term, they lapsed into error and were ultimately overrun, but the final result did not accurately reflect their effort and commitment throughout the match.

  • CASEY: Box Hill

The Casey Demons ended the regular season on a positive note and gained substantial momentum leading into the finals when they knocked the Box Hill Hawks off the top of the VFL ladder in their final round clash at Casey Fields. More importantly, they moved out of a wild card position in the finals race and secured a week's rest as they leapfrogged up the ladder into fifth place with their decisive 23-point victory over the team that had been the dominant force in the competition for most of the season.
