Was Bate at training? Great post and photos

Red Sox, Bate did train, again he appears to have bulked up also. He and Cheney are remarkably similar in size and at times I had to really look to see.

    Great stuff. This is just what we have been waiting for, puts a victorian like me to shame for not doing this sort of thing myself and taking advantage of living down here. Just makes the footy season feel that little bit closer.

    By the way fork, LOVE your state, my uncle and aunt live up there and when the mrs and i would ask them if they were ready to do this or that all we got out of them was "Your in Darwin now, you can't rush these things. :) "
