LOOSE MAN IN DEFENCE.

Been saying it for years now.

It is his calling.

He can be like Brendan Goddard.

Green would be to small for this and we already have a man for this RIVERS but because of our lack of depth Rivers has 2 man up but he is a great reader of the ball with courage and is a great pack, i love the way he floats back into the packs ahhh love the man.

Green in the midfield then floating back into the F50 occasionly for support is the best place for green IMO.

    Half-back flank?

    What a waste, he was a champion centreman as a kid and now he is another wasting his talent. His indiscriminate kicks, his indisputable desire never to be tackled (he'll get rid of it as quick as he can to avoid contact), his disapperaing acts in August 04, 05, 06.

    Put him in the forward pocket and tell him to get it himself. I don't want to see him running off the back of Jared and Daniel and getting cheap, pointless touches out of defensive 50.

    He's a beautiful kick, but who needs that when you're kicking to a bloke on his own on the defensive side of the wing.
