Hmm. What could Melbourne and the Swans have in common I wonder. Think think think.

What they have in common is a definitive lack of free kicks.

Another setback for Shane. The weekend before last he strained his calf muscle in a match sim. He’s so disappointed, he’d already kicked two goals and taken a screamer over CJ and was feeling really good.

I don't mean to be mmharsh but he should have retired and we could have got somebody else in the list by now, poor bloke never should have picked the bloke that could never really get his body right it's not professional enough

Whilst I’m not saying their choice to leave him behind is a good/bad decision, I’d be curious to know what their plan to slowly bring Moose in and transition to him the main ruck by either season end if this is Maxy last year or the year after.

I think Moose should be given a run and take some of the load off Maxy, but again I don’t know their plan.

Has Moose said what they’re trying to implement moving forward?

I hope this doesn't bite king on the [censored] but every time gawn has gone up against two really good ruckman he gets destroyed

With Kentfield putting up his hand in a few weeks time it might be hard for Heath to get a run.

Like many I thought he would have at least been an emergency and on the flight to Perth.

King surprised many by giving Petty a few centre bounces and JVR took a few forward. I suspect we will see an amalgam second ruck made up of these two and Kentfield.

I hope we don't let moose rot on the vine And then gawn retires in two years time and we've got no Ruckman

I think you are looking too far ahead Waverley, plenty of time for Moose he did really well against Xerri in the practise match Vs North. He will get his chance.
