Obviously not every player can get maximum votes, but Max shows that he can get votes regularly

It reinforces a thought I have that it is up to the coach to recognise when a particular player is not going to or is not playing at their best. The coach needs to use the entire squad and play the player who is going to make the most impact in a particular game or against a particular opponent,

Resting a player for a particular game or against a particular opponent can be beneficial for consistency.

and maybe ebst votes arent that important as many impact players, big occasion players, match winners did not always votw wekk in many awards
