I remember two games later he provisionally had 41 touches against the Suns but they officially deducted 1 possession off him (random memory).

So in the space of 3 games between the 2021 Gf and round 2 2022 he’s had 39, 38 and 40 possessions in order.

In the GF, he had 40 disposals, but about 5 mins after the game Champion Data adjusted it, assessing one of his disposals wasn't a proper one, bringing him down to 39. No-one has had 40 disposals in a GF (39 was the highest with Simon Black).
