Enjoyed this video with EMac. Honest and humble.

Interesting to hear the progress with her back injury, this season being the first she was freed to work on other things aside from getting her body right. We saw the results.

Shouts out Fitzsimon's season - she won't get the attention, but obviously valued internally at the club. A player that does a lot of those little things.

And reading between the lines, a bit of insight into what went wrong in 2023 and how that played out this season. Learning how to bounce back from losses more quickly as a team.
