Bannan had a quite start to the season so i can understand her omission. If she can become more consistent, she'll be one of the most valuable players in the league

    So many of the best players in the league are under 22. It makes it less of an 'encouragement' award than in the men's, though obviously it will shift over time.

    I definitely looked up Zanker's DOB to check eligibility!

    I wouldn’t swap Purcell or hanks for any other player on that list other than Conti. She’s a gun 

    together with bannan and gilliard (I reckon she’ll be a great player) we have some real elite young talent. Even though we’ll lose paxy and daisy soon enough I think the side is well future proofed
