Agree. Imagine if we played an entire grand final that ended in a draw - and then 5 players each took shots from the 50.

It’s like a different sport a penalty shoot out. It becomes darts and not a physical contest.

Knowing Melbourne we would go 0.5 ?

You wish. 0.3  = 1 out on the full, and 1 failed to make the distance.

I didn’t realize Oliver was taking all 5 shots. My apologies.

England hooligans run amok before and after loss. 19 police injured as well as many others.

G’day everyone,

Long time viewer of Demonland, first time poster. Last year, I made a little vid based on the song, that was posted on here, which was pretty cool. I had a few people suggesting a remake for 2021, so I’ve done just that. Here it is if you’d like to check it out! Just a bit of hype and build up to hopefully a memorable finals series. Hopefully, our season doesn’t end like England’s in the Euros! Go dees!

Cheers

  • PREVIEW: Essendon

Not long ago, the narrative surrounding Melbourne was steeped in pessimism. There was some concern among the pundits (and even some fans) that the club would arrive at the AFL’s Gather Round still winless, vulnerable to a familiar adversary in the Essendon Football Club, and facing significant scrutiny from an ever-critical media on a national stage. Things have changed.

  • REPORT: Gold Coast

Steven King astutely identified the issues that had plagued the Melbourne Football Club over the past two and a half seasons when he auditioned for the newly created coaching role. The side that had claimed the 2021 premiership had become stodgy, slow-paced, and hesitant to take the initiative.
