I agree with this. I must say I have been waiting for the turning of the tide with the anti Lewis posts after this game. It is so predictable that the negative comments begin and then the bandwagon uses every possible negative interpretation of incidents. Most fair minded posters accept that there is room for differences in views, but after a while the criticism goes beyond a fair variance of opinion.

I'm not usually one to bag players for no reason I just noted that he opted to hack it out of midair on 3 occasions - he was pinged for in danger the last time and I thought he was pretty lucky not to get done for it earlier.

I accept he may have been going the percentage play (I even said as much in my previous post) but I did note that it stood out especially considering he kicked it out of midair rather than off the ground.

Wait, did Lewis seriously cop a fine for that "bump" on Walters at the end of the game? Jesus Christ this sport is gone to the dogs.
