Training - Monday 23rd March, 2015

Therein lies the problem - we have what you could describe as a few good footballers. Then we have a whole lot of could be, should be and would be footballers. Has Kent shown that he could be a more than handy footballer ? Absolutely - but at this stage he hasn't done it on a regular week in week out basis. I am far from writing him off. I just am waiting for the day that all these footballers who could be really good actually deliver on the promise.

Agree nutbean.

We have a lot of average players.

If they cannot be moved to good players then they will need to be replaced.

Easy to say but a bit harder to achieve.

There will always be average players amongst the 40 but he have a pile of them at present.

The ratio is way out of whack.

This is a training thread from two days ago - it's dead. Let it die. Let it find peace.

There is no information from that training remotely relevant or important enough to warrant more internet space.

Let the thread go.

It's done.

An ex parrot

Slipped off this mortal coil etc?

Basically when you strip it down to bare bones, this, in essence, is why we are sub-standard and have remained so for the previous 8 years.
