we really are soft

We are just not intimidating enough.

I noticed Brissie were getting into us at every opportunity.

Watching the Freo Geelong game...Freo did the same to Geelong, they were pushing prodding niggling, absoloutely in the face all nite.

We should have been pumped like men of steel after Jimmys passing, but the only one to show any Grunt was Magner.

Black had so much space in the middle, and we just werent making him earn it.

Yes we are soft . I have always thought that we never recruit the personality type that is suited to hard committed football

we seem to prefer good looking model citizens to hungry give me an opportunity at any cost hard cases

we are now so far away from the right cattle being available it will effectively take another 4 years to turn it around sorry to say

It is difficult to admit that the last 4 years have been completely wasted in my opinion

Yes, it is a very bitter pill to swallow but unless yesterday was some sort of one of "shocker" then we are in deep shite. As another poster mentioned, it is possible to make a case for us finishing bottom.

2010 we had a similar shocker then came out and nearly beat collingwood. Very kneejerk reaction over yesterday. Don't get me wrong i'mm as pee'd off as anyone, but writing players off who have one bad game and labelling players soft is no good.

We beat Collingwood a few weeks ago and played three shockers since. We always fall in a hole after we put in reasonable games against them. Collingwood games are never a reliable indicator to how we are travelling.

Your spoton.

We are. And they did get into Especially Magner at ever opportunity early, & we barely flew the flag.

Soft.
