I didn't have time to make it look pretty. But at the end of the day it isn't pretty, we're going to need people to keep to their jobs and respect each other.

I think that will happen as long as we have clearly defined roles and chain of command.

I'm completely speculating here, but problems may have occurred in the past because, due to lack of resources, people were performing roles they shouldn't have been, and once those lines begin to blur, it's hard to hold the structure together.

For instance, last year, what I witnessed Connolly doing seemed far from what I'd expect his role description had been.
