Goal to Dunny from some brave playing on...

Saints 73

Dees 57

(Cheney involved too, did well)

3 qtr time, Grimes hasn't been sighted since Half time, hammy apparently...

Arm wrestle of a quarter, we can get a run on if a coupla blokes lift.

Lucky goal against the flow, the numbers, and the odds, but......

We. Are. A. Mess.

I stood up for Bailey for ages but I'm really wavering this year....

Expect for us to roll the dice.

Could be a forty point loss, or we get a roll on and go close

I thought Jetta worked hard in the first quarter Condemned, including a decent 'softener' on Mc Evoy who is about double his size.I like that sort of stuff. Reckon we have still done okay with position pretty much as it was at half time. Just hope we run it out and would like a few of the more senior players to lift their intensity.A couple seem to struggle against the quicker sides.

Frawley over the line on the kick in... How does that even happen these days?! FFS!

Goal Saints... we're down 24 points...

Bailey just can't get us started, is he enough of a motivator?

God we're playing dumb football again. Frawley then Garland and now Spencer FFS!!!!

Spencer shocking kick out of defence, comes straight back in and he drops the mark, goal Saints...

Wonder if Bailey is coaching from the sidelines so he's ready for his job as a runner next week?

It's not just games we can't start with any intensity, it's every quarter.

Would we be second worst side in the comp right now?

What was Bailey thinking, interchanging Scully 2 min's into the 4th qtr, leaving Lenny Hayes unattended to kick first goal of the qtr?? Poor.

IF we have improved at all it's due to our improved playing list, I'm starting to be sure our coaching has not improved us.

We have no idea what we are doing out there.

what is happening, have they dropped their heads?

We have NO structure, are a mess, have no confidence or direction... pretty much all things a good coach should instill.

Down by 37 points.

Down by 37 points.

Apart from Watts the forwards aren't moving at all.

No inside 50s this quarter, we've barely seen the ball all game, and we are now down 43 points.

Questions MUST be asked now. No more excuses.

We really need to give Bailey the boot.

Jake Spencer is horrible.

So whats Mathew Bate's excuse this week? He is such an ordinary footballer.Jetta is terrible! Joel Mac is lost out there. rivers not sure what he's doing!

  • REPORT: Carlton

I am now certain that the decline in fortunes of the Melbourne Football Club from a premiership power with the potential for more success to come in the future, started when the team ran out for their Round 9 match up against Carlton last year. After knocking over the Cats in a fierce contest the week before, the Demons looked uninterested at the start of play and gave the Blues a six goal start. They recovered to almost snatch victory but lost narrowly with a score of 11.10.76 to 12.5.77. Yesterday, they revisited the scene and provided their fans with a similar display of ineptitude early in the proceedings. Their attitude at the start was poor, given that the game was so winnable. Unsurprisingly, the resulting score was almost identical to that of last year and for the fourth time in succession, the club has lost a game against Carlton despite having more scoring opportunities.

  • CASEY: Carlton

The Casey Demons smashed the Carlton Reserves off the park at Casey Fields on Sunday to retain a hold on an end of season wild card place. It was a comprehensive 108 point victory in which the home side was dominant and several of its players stood out but, in spite of the positivity of such a display, we need to place an asterisk over the outcome which saw a net 100 point advantage to the combined scores in the two contests between Demons and Blues over the weekend.

  • POSTGAME: Carlton

A near full strength Demons were outplayed all night against a Blues outfit that was under the pump and missing at least 9 or 10 of the best players. Time for some hard decisions to be made across the board.
