If it wasn't going to be Bailey I'd have to go with Viney. I think he's got the goods to be a very good coach.

What the hell kind of thread is this?

I mean, of course, we should really be pushing for Ratten to be our coach. If we can't get him, let's try and lure Thompson from Geelong.

Wow.

Thanks for the support from those who think that this is not a stupid post. It is strange that everyone is allowed their opinion but as soon as you don't agree its retarded.

Apols. It was harsh and I should have said my piece in a better way. Something like I think Bailey is doing a fine job with very limited resorces and although he will have a younger list again next year but I fully expect us to be a better team under his guidence. I guess I'm just frustrated about the amount of kicking of the team that has gone on since QB.

LOL

  • PREVIEW: Brisbane

They really had me fooled when I picked them with great confidence to beat the Bombers at Gather Round last week. I should have recognised that nothing is more quintessentially Melbourne than defeating the undefeated early premiership favourite one week and losing to a winless cellar dweller on its way to establishing a record losing streak the next.

Melbourne’s much vaunted finishing power evaporated at Adelaide Oval on Saturday afternoon, exposed for the third time in four years by its Essendon Gather Round hoodoo.
