DEMONS WITH PLENTY TO PLAY FOR

Melbourne coach Dean Bailey has vowed his side will come out 'all guns blazing' as the Demons fight to lift themselves from the bottom of the ladder against Fremantle on Sunday.

Hmm Green not playing... maybe not ALL guns !!

and yet guns blazing doesnt necessarily equate to hitting targets !! :D

We desperately need to learn to win games on the road. Even in our not so distant better years we struggled (Subiaco and AAMI especially). We got thrashed at AAMI after our first win against the dockers this year, weren't much better in Brisbane and Sydney. The team is flying up on Friday and getting 2 good sleeps in before the game on Sunday. An important lesson Bailey has to impart to our young'ns - Don't fear the road!

Preperation is the key. 2 days to get used to conditions and settle in is a very good initiative.

Apparently its very wet in Perth. Im not sure if that will suit us.
